ERBA Markets - Venice (REC)

Really nice staff. Great selection. This was my first time in a dispensary, so the staff was really helpful in making recommendations. I use it for my back pain. As a person that has never really used or smoked pot before, their recommendation of the OMG strain (indica) was spot on. Totally helps at night. But steer clear of the hash cookie ... Holy cow. As someone that already has a busy mind, that was not the direction I wanted to go. I shouldn't have eaten the whole thing.

I never leave reviews anywhere, but my first thought after leaving today was that i had to write a review. I dont remember the young ladies name that helped me today, but she was very courteous, knowledgeable and nice. i was able to narrow my choices down to a vape pen that she helped me out on and also got a chew to try it out. She was very helpful and most of all very patient with all my questions. i would definitely recommend this place to my friends. good job guys!

I am from Michigan so I had to stop in and see how places here stack up to my home state. Green dot makes you feel right at home with the super friendly staff and atmosphere! Will definitely come back before I leave! Sam was super friendly and extremely polite and helpful! Great medicine!

I really want to like this place. My favorite dispensary has been closed since March and I've been looking for a new regular shop. Everything about this place was promising. Beautiful decor, friendly budtenders, decent prices. I picked up an 8th of GDP and a vape pen. Unfortunately, my 8th of GDP is mostly stems. There's almost NO flower. I've been a patient for almost 2 years and I've never been jipped like this. Really disappointing. I don't know who is packing up the 8ths but y'all suck at it.

The best Dispensary in LA/Marina del Rey imo. I lived in Marina del Rey a few years ago and spent a ton of time(and money) just smoking their weed and enjoying life. Some truly lovely people I met from this shop. Is Steve the manager still? Such a great guy, bummed I didn't say my goodbyes but hope to see them again sometime!! Great atmosphere and shop, ,upbeat, quality, and always had a great staff!!! You guys were awesome and made my Time in LA amazing and memorable!!!

Went all the time but not again. Refused service on my birthday which also was the expiration on my DL. Thanks for the memories. I’d rather go to a business that build the communities and customer relationships. So many chooses… I’ll go somewhere they care about my business. ***Update: I got my new ID from home and instead of going into the store I tried to use their app. Went thru my order, updated my personal info, and submitted the order. Seemed to work great…. 5 mins later I get a call saying they could honor my id because the ID I showed earlier was expired and their app maybe updated but it wasn’t on their systems yet. I tried to offer to email or just show the driver when he arrived (which you HAVE to do anyways) After about 15 mins of being talked at a women rudely got on the phone and finally approved the order begrudgingly. If you don’t want to be respected or treated as a valued customer or even a fellow human, sure you can get stuff here.

I entered the store looking to buy some replacement “PAX” cartridges, as I usually do, at least twice a month. Each time, I buy two “Pax” cartridges. I always buy PAX as there aren’t any bottoms to push, you just inhale to make it work. That way, you can’t waste any product. I used to use the pen style vaporizer, but they often turn on in your pocket, wasting a lot of product and money. So I go back to ERBA, and try to return the. Cartridges I specifically said I did not want…and the management basically said “ to effing bad” no refund s/ no exchanges, even though it was the sales girls fault , as they hand you the product you ask for (supposedly). I spend over two thousand dollars there each year… but never again, I would rather go where my patronage is appreciated enough to insure I end up With the products I specifically asked for. There are at least 1/2 dozen weed stores in Venice/ MDR, I will only go to stores that appreciate my patronage… and that sure as hell isn’t ERBA!
