Bought a cartridge and I opened it up and it had oxidized and turned completely orangey, dark brown. When I brought it back in, they told me that it’s supposed to look like that. I asked for another one and the same one. They pulled out and showed me before I took it was also bad. The bud tender tried to tell me that was the way it’s supposed to look like. That might work on people from New York that don’t know any better, but that should not be sold as normal product. The fact that the guy tried to convince me it was normal just rubbed me the wrong way.

Every time I visit, I'm greeted with a smile. They always have what I want in stock and go above and beyond to hold items for me. Free Valet parking is a definite plus! The entire staff from check in to check out are super helpful.

Really nice place the pharmacist amazing. He took time to explain how the vape works. So I got a cart and I notice it was getting oil in the mouth piece. I emailed them and they responded quickly. The pharmacist said bring it in it sounds defective. Got there he gave him the defective one and came right out with a new cart. Currently using it and their stuff is amazing. Thanks Mr. Pharmacist 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
