I am a patient at Etain in Kingston, which is close to where I live. That is a five-star experience (see my review). I had to travel to NYC for the day, so I decided to check out Etain in Manhattan.
I will preface this by saying their customer service on the phone was great! That's always a good starter for me, and I experience the same in Kingston.
Nice location near 2nd and 58th. If you are not familiar with Manhattan, there is a little less hustle and bustle here. It's one of my favorite areas in the city.
The facility is beautiful. Very relaxing vibe for Manhattan. The product selection was a little different from home, so I was pleased to order some different things to try, and to purchase one or two familiar favorites to bring back home also. Etain's own products truly are a cut above. I suffer from neurological issues from illness, so they've been a blessing.
My order was filled quickly, and the process was as seamless as my home base in Kingston.
Their lock bags for your purchase are quite colorful, and I look forward to surprising the staff in Kingston.
