Dan was absolutely amazing! It was my first time here and a new patient in general. he broke everything down to the terpenes and why they would work well for my anxiety and inflammation. The amount of knowledge he had about the products recommended was absolutely incredible and made my experience pleasant and made me much more confident about what I was getting! Strongly recommend!!

I have terrible anxiety. I love being able to order online to minimize my interaction with people. Honestly though they make me feel completely comfortable besides the fact and are always very helpful. I actually drive a little further just to go here rather than anywhere else.

I love this dispensary. They are extremely friendly and professional and listen to everything you say. The pharmacists are knowledgeable and give great recommendations every time I go. Prices aren’t too high either.

The office is very private but comfortable.

I liked this place. They tried to be helpful and get me some info to help another patient having issues with the program, but their help ended up not being relevant. I didn't like their financial hardship discount program as I don't think it's fair to pick and choose who is experiencing hardship and their requesting some of that info is, questionable. That being said their atmosphere was pleasant. Their product was good, and their prices in general were in line with the program at this time.

regular patient at mission, great staff very knowledgeable and honest. When they don't know the answer THEY ASK. I have been to man dispensaries that do not give fact based information and at this dispensary that is not the case. Everyone is super friendly and constantly works as a team. Nameta always has a smile on her face rain or shine and is in every way helpful and great to engage in conversation with, I look forward to seeing her every visit just for the positive energy. Will always be a loyal customer to this dispensary

I've been inside this dispensary before when I wasn't a patient, as a visitor with my girlfriend (at the time) and it's pretty nice. I'm looking forward to actually seeing the inside. They have a good system going on with curbside pickup. My experience was super fast and I found out I get $20 off my next 10 purchases, to reimburse the doctor visit fee. The lady who brought my product out was super friendly. Definately coming here from now on.

BEWARE!!!!! UNSAFE & UNSANITARY. I have visited ethos in allentown more than a few times but I will not return for a few different reasons. I have been to many dispensary in Pennsylvania and never once has the front door of those building just open up automatically, I have always had to show my medical card outside and than I would be allowed in the building, but not at ethos, they allow everyone in the building even when they don't have a medical card. There is no visible security guards anywhere in the building and when asked about it they stated they didnt have any in the building which is very unsettling and a safety concern . If you have any type of anxiety disorder, PTSD, Fear of dogs I would stay clear of Ethos Allentown. I love dogs I have 3 of my own but at ethos they don't just allow service dogs, they allow every single dog trained or untrained it doesn't not matter. I saw woman come in with two huge bulldogs that she had no control over and when I asked the front desk I was told they allow ALL types of animals in the building. The workers will stop working to give treats, pet the dogs and than come back and handle your products without washing or sanitizing their hands. I gave 2 stars because the prices are competitive with other dispensary but is the money you save worth your safety and health?

As a patient, I have visited all of the local dispensaries but none of the others compare to my experience with Ethos - Allentown. The experience from the minute I walk in the door to the help from my friends (yes, friends, because they make you feel that way) at the counter is always amazing. Erin is always smiling and ready to help me!! However today was over the top and I needed to leave a review. Recently, I have been dealing with some major medical issues and have only been able to do curbside pickup, but today I decided to walk in and the welcome that I received was overwhelming. Every single employee took the time to ask me how I am and how I have been feeling with true compassion and concern. If you want to visit a dispensary where you feel like part of a family, then don’t go anywhere else expect Ethos!
