Fine Fettle provides a fantastic customer experience. It feels like you're walking into an upscale pharmacy, with attentive, knowledgeable and friendly staff. They have an enormous selection of products, and trained staff and pharmacists to walk you through the options to find what is right for your individual needs. Not sure why anyone would want to go anywhere else; I can't imagine it would be a better experience. It's what buying medical cannabis should be: safe, comfortable and customer-focused.

Amazing facility that goes above and beyond for their patients. From the first day I got accepted Kyle walked me through the process and got me ready to come in same day which was awesome. When I came down I was new to the entire process and a bit awkward but Sarah Joe was extremely helpful and made me feel very welcome. After showing my medical card and identification I walked through the door and was greeted by Matthew who took the time to answer my noob questions and made the process extremely easy and inviting. Great team here in Newington! I’ve been going here for about 6 months now. These guys are friendly, knowledgeable and willing to lend their expertise and help find the right strain for you! They also have a great rewards program. You acquire points for every dollar you spend and they regularly send out coupons. So awesome!

There is nothing but amazing things to say about Fine Fettle Newington. I've been a patient here for over a year and a half now, and the staff does everything to ensure a smooth process and to go above and beyond for patients. I also have to mention how quick the in and out process is, very few lines. Being a former patient for six months at prime wellness, Fine Fettle can't be beat!
