When I think about what to look for when choosing a dispensary Fireside immediately comes to mind. The friendly and knowledgeable staff are more than suited to be of service to any customer. Ranging from the experienced smoker looking for something to suit their taste or the first timer looking for fun informative experience. They have wonderful selection for both the medical and recreational customer I find to be of highest quality no matter the price range. So if you you like friendly people and good medicine I highly recommend them as a frequent and satisfied customer myself.

My husband talked me into going back after a long hiatus, due to the crazy weirdness that was going on at this place. Well, I'm glad I went. It's back to the relaxing comfortable feel. We got 4 strains that are awesome, only tried 2 as of now. The Hash plant is absolutely awesome. Best part, I got love from Diesel and that made my day. I'm happy to call Fireside a great place to shop once again!!!!!!

The service was excellent and they are very thorough. I had to have my ID checked and sign an agreement that I wouldn't give any of their products to minors, but the process only took a few minutes. I also was informed that their products are only for the buyer, and purchasing for others is not only discouraged, but could result in refused service. I'm glad they told me about this because I had no idea. It was my first time in a dispensary and really only came in to check it out and get information. However, after seeing their selection and talking to the employee behind the counter I decided on purchasing two grams of a very high CBD strain for myself. I would definitely say I had a great experience and will be a returning customer.

This place is top notch. From the warm welcome upfront to the budtenders, I never caught the "cooler than you, hurry up and leave" vibe found in some other dispensaries I've been to. Everything on the shelf looked desirable, if I had one gripe, it's that I couldn't try it all! I was very happy with the 3 flavors I tried. Of course, of the three, there was a least favorite, but I would stress that the one I didn't love as much was expertly grown and simply didn't meet my own criteria of what I want. I would certainly recommend this place and I look forward to coming back here.

First time Medical Patient. Live in Grants Pass and found them on instagram. Decided to make the drive out today after seeing they received new pax eta pods. The girl budtender today who helped me seemed like it was her first day. When I asked questions about edibles she seemed confused and couldn’t answer them. So I just got the pax. While checking out I informed her I was a first time medical patient at the shop. I was then told that I came during wake n bake hours and that I could only get that promotion and no first time patient gift. All in all it was a confusing experience and won’t be making the drive out there again

good selection. easy to navigate. mostly friendly staff. Apparently one of the bearded guys needs to improve his social skills, we'll not be going in for awhile after an attitude like that towards loyal customers. aside that issue, I'd say check it out.

I think Ezra makes each visit easy and I always find the suggestions helpful. I'm becoming a regular because of the customer service and consistent quality flower.

Love this place. I'm from out of town and always nervous going to a new place. But I felt right at home. Being a rec user - but living with extreme anxiety and depression the right products can really help me but the wrong ones can send me off kilter for days. The help here has always been knowledgeable and friendly. Ezra has helped me almost every time and I love him. Friendly, educated and actually concerned about you. Nice place, awesome staff. Hope I get to meet the dog one of these days!

ONLY dispensary in the Medford area my family and I will go to. I used to live in Portland and they’ve got some good shops up there, but Fireside is still my favorite. Just cool people, quality product for a good price, and a simple but thought-out environment on the inside. 10/10 would recommend. In fact, I’m headed over there now... stay high!

My Grandmother, Mother and I are from Klamath Falls OR. All three of us were visiting Ashland OR and we saw this dispensary on the way. My Grandma has never been inside one and my Mom has only been a couple of times. We walked in and this place is decently sized. I've definitely been into smaller places. Brandon was very warm and welcoming to us. Being a heavy cannabis user myself, I'm trying to sway my relatives to a more natural medicine. Brandon listened to my Grandmothers concerns very carefully, and instructed her on what edibles to get. He recommended different edibles to every one of us. I got myself a really nice Lemon Diesel joint and a bonus joint for my birthday! I'm really happy we found this place. We have to drive through frequently and we will definitely be stopping again. Oh, and thank you Katie for making us feel really welcomed as well. :)

Ok First off Mama T is so fricken awesome she welcomes you with a hug and is just the sweetest lady i have ever met she knows her products too! This store has it all! I live in Grants pass but will travel here for my flower because its amaizing. The selection is top quality great prices! I went in with only 8 dollars came out with two grams of flower was worried it would be bunk but nope it was great! Beautiful store guys! P.s did I mention Mamma T is amaizing!

Amazing smoke I got there today literally the best in YEARS...I won't describe how many...or tell you which it was...cause then you'd buy it all!

I absolutely love this place. The all of the budtenders are extremely knowledgeable, the product is great, and the atmosphere is modern and sleek. Last time I was served by Ryan and he made some great recommendations. I definitely would recommend shopping here.
