Fireside Dispensary

I have visited almost all the dispensaries in Jackson County. Fireside is without a doubt the best one. Everyone is super friendly and has even taken the time to learn my name. I feel like I’m in the pot version of the 80’s TV show Cheers. Where everyone knows your name. Mama T is my favorite budtender. Best hugs ever. That being said I love everyone there. Let's get right to it. I've been to this location three times now. Twice I've purchased flower, once I left because there wasn't any Top Shelf product. And I only mess with Top Shelf product. With a heavy rotation of different strands, it's common to find a new strand at this place ever other day or so, with an option of about 6 indoor strains and 6 outdoor strands. Quality: Hit and miss. With that being said, if you happen to come in to this place at the right time, you can luck out and come across two, or even three Top Shelf strands. But be ready to pay $13/g (Really? Really?...) Atmosphere: The atmosphere is here strange. The location is wayyy to big for the business. You walk though a super long long, uncomfortable entry way on your way to the ID checker as she stands behind the register staring at you. There's another gigantic "waiting room" you pass through before you gain entry into the main area of the dispensary. Your ID gets checked twice. Once in the front, and again before you purchase. Note: if you're a first time visitor be prepared to give up your personal information. I can't remember which, but beyond just asking for your name, the ID checker asks for your address or your email address, I can't remember which. I remember asking if I could opt out of giving them that information, but it was "required," so like everyone else, I just said **** it. Cool notes: they let you open jars, inspect nugs under a microscope, and even let you mix bags (e.g. you can get .6 of one strain and .4 of another for the price of 1 gram). The budtenders are legit. They know their stuff, are really friendly, and don't completely come off as burnouts. So overall, the quality is hit and miss, but when it's hit, it's Top Shelf. The service is up to par, but the atmosphere is awkward and uncomfortable. Large spaces. No music. Dark lighting. Which is all unfortunate, since perhaps the most useful thing about rec dispensaries is avoiding the awkward uncomfortableness of your neighborhood dealer. Right?

My mom, daughter and I are from Klamath Falls. We saw this place when we were traveling to Ashland. It was fun as this was three generations doing something together. When we walked it, it was very clean and personable. Everyone was super nice. Brandon was very knowledgeable in all the products and helped us pick which products would work the best. This was my second time being in a dispensary. I was very comfortable with the atmosphere. Very clean and organized space. Katie was very helpful as well. We came back through again and it was a great experience. Thank you for being super helpful and a great welcoming place. I will be referring others.

this is the go-to place! helpful, actual knowledge in their products. I didn't catch the girl's name that helped me, so i'll just say "the cute one!" heh heh heh Pax vape carts are the best I've tried yet! and the flower they have available is "fire' as the kids say nowadays...

a little difficult to access during heavy hours because of contraction, but otherwise super easy to find and right on the main highway

No separate lines for recreational. Prices run higher at about 1-5 dollars per gram. Only worth a visit if you have to.

I've always had such a pleasant time everytime I'm at Fireside. I love the warm, welcoming atmosphere. The staff always gives me the best recommendations, and I almost always find something new to like. They have quality bud for any budget I may have, AND they have a Happy Hour discount every day. I'm always a satisfied at Fireside.

I went on a tour of every dispensary from Ashland to Gold Hill, and this had an interesting mix of quality. Parking is plentiful and discreet, and they are located across the street from a Jack in the Box which is kind of funny. The space is very large, such that it creates an impression on anyone who enters. There is a long walk from the entrance to the check in desk. Inside the walls are painted dark colors and things are tastefully arranged. It feels like all it needs are some flashing lights and a hot DJ to turn the place into an upscale nightclub where everyone drinks champagne. There are two lines at the check in desk, one for medical, and one for recreational. Both staff are professional and courteous. Their service is thorough, and they are the only dispensary I've found which makes you sign an additional form swearing that if you choose to buy any of their product it is not in order to supply someone underage etc. I was frankly surprised more dispensaries hadn't taken precautions like this. From there you are let through a door into an overabundance of empty space, similarly decorated. They then lead you to another door and here, you are finally granted entry. Things are somewhat darker inside and you walk toward the back to a long glass counter which is separated by a velvet rope dividing medical and recreational customers. The staff seem knowledgeable enough and the selection is OK. They had one strain listed on leafly as Super Lemon Haze, that turned out to be Super Lemon Daze. I don't know what the difference is, but it did seem like kind of a poor oversight. Overall I would give them a low B. I wish they had better selection and a better use for all of their empty space.

This was my first time to Fireside and felt right at home when I walked through the door. Everybody was helpful and informative. Ryan was great and very knowledgeable in the different products they have to offer! I will most definitely be back when I come into town😀

I'm a budtender in another town so I'm always excited to see how other locations do their thing. Kayleigh was the first budtender I've met who talks and sells like me: she offered to weight out 14 different half grams so I could sample everything (which i love to do for people but i know other industry workers hate that), she spoke from experience, and she encouraged me to make my choice by my reaction to the smell (which is my favorite advice to give to shoppers). Beautiful location, excellent service, excellent quality. I will definitely be back next time I'm in the valley!

Loved it.just moved from Vegas and this was the second location i went to.first one was a disappointment.when i walked.into fireside and it made up for everything. Ezra was my budtender and he was the greatest. Huge help and just cool atmosphere cool people.

I was very impressed with both the front counter and the waiting room. everything was very relaxed and super nice! there was a women as my bud tender and she was Very informed and had been growing for ten years. the well cured strains vary from the supper ups Sativas, to the IN DA COUCH Indica which will make you sleep so well. further more the calyxes and trichromes were stupendous on the Sour D. thx guys I'll be in later, I'm DUBS!!

First time in I was greeted by the kindest, sweetest and welcoming lady! She is awesome, makes you feel very welcome and valued. The bud tenders are super knowledgeable and offer up their own experiences and those of others when I ask. I smell just about everything, I am all about the terps and they are quite patient with me :) I have been back several times and will continue to return. I have been to other dispensaries here locally and the vibe is just not the same and the flower is not treated as well as they do here. I completely recommend giving them a visit.

We always have a good experience at Fireside. The staff in knowledgeable about the product. On our last visit Shannon took great care of us. She remembered that we like concentrates and what brands we prefer. She was also very helpful about the eatable selection and all around great to interact with. Thank you!
