Kristy helped me find exactly what I needed for my arthritis pain. Everyone was very accommodating to my husband who had to shop for me because I forgot my license. He didn’t have a clue what he was doing but Kristy and everyone made it easy and he didn’t feel rushed or pressured. I’d give Flora in Humansville a 10 out of 10

When they first opened it was like a small town. Everyone knew Everyone. The same employees. Now it is cold and new employees every time I come in. The people are nice just new.

My experience at Humansville has been great the bud tenders are really helpful and nice I've been going there since the day they open just wished they would do a little more for veterns and seniors most seniors are on fixed income not much money to spend

The only thing I could complain about is, each of the 3 times I've picked from the menu online and then gone to get it it's not available.

I believe the staff has become to relaxed. I understand that there is day's when you may not want to deal with a client. And it's ok to pass that person on to the next. But when it starts to become an every visit ordeal, than you need to reality check your staff. It's rude and very unprofessional.

I visit this dispensary more than any other!! I read on here that their prices are higher than in Springfield, I have to 100% disagree with that! Well, at least for what I prefer, (indica) I’m finding it $10-15 cheaper per 1/8th here. The staff has ALWAYS been over the top professional on answering any questions I may have! This is hands down, my favorite dispensary, and I will remain a loyal customer!
