Chloe took great care of us today. I heard her greet every customer before us with enthusiasm and told every single one of them to have a great day before they left (us included!!) She was a bright ray of sunshine on our gloomy day today. I can tell she enjoys her job and truly cares about each customer that passes through. Bud recommendations were on point too!! If you get a chance to have Chloe be your “Budtender”, you’re in great hands!!

Kind, respectful, knowledgeable staff. A growing variety of cannabis options. Professional but personable atmosphere. Low wait times; easy in’and’out. If you’re an extrovert, they’ll chat with you. If you’re an introvert, they’ll be mellow about your quietness and get you on your way with your goods in hand lol Basically, it’s easy to feel comfortable at FF 🤙🏼 Prices might be a little higher compared to dispensaries in Oklahoma or Arkansas, but that’s to be expected, considering how new Missouri is to having medical dispensaries. I live like a half-mile from FF in Neosho, so I’m pretty stoked about it lol

I just absolutely love the team at Flora Neosho! Everyone is so friendly, knowledgeable and ready to help me figure out what is going to help my chronic pain, anxiety, depression and PTSD.

Outrageously priced. Other dispensaries in the area sell FLORA BRAND of flower for literally 1/2 of what they charge. That’s just bad marketing choices and it basically highlights the fact that they care more about profits than they do their patients. I get it. It’s a business and they gotta make a profit to keep the doors open. But they’re basically making it very easy to choose a different dispensary. I will buy edibles from here because so far they’re similarly priced as everyone else. But I will continue to buy their flower from their competition. That’s how ridiculous their prices are. Lol!

Staff is not knowledgeable about medical use of canabis. This is supposed to be a medical dispensary they didn't know any thing about cbd terps thca. Was un able to answer any question. Horrible!!

long time costumer, now long time gone, boxes overflowing with grinders, you think they would just hand them out, to loyal customers that give tips, no, you have to buy two of flora farms products. I even asked and that's the response I got. I didn't know my product was only in 7-gram packaging. NOT TWO 3.5 GRAMS PACKAGES , BUT IF THEY ARE WELLING TO LOSE AROUND 300.00 AN MONTH GIVE OR TAKE ILL GO SOME WERE ELSE, ....D SCOTT

Great vibes in the dispensary. Went in on Tuesday, Chloe was a huge help to my wife and I. My wife has anxiety and Chloe took her time helping her and talking her through all the products which made my wife feel much more relaxed. All in all 11/10 experience. Will be back soon!

This place was awesome, until they closed their Neosho location and decided to be greedy and capitalize and move to the border of Arkansas. Leaving untold number of medical patients in a cannabis desert. Very saddening.
