Becky was so personable & pleasant, she also gave me a few useful recommendations, she's amazing! The rest of the staff are always so friendly, helpful and inviting, making it easy to want to come back soon 😊

It was my first time but it was great. I enjoyed the pearl gummy sale and used my 1st time buyer discount on wedding cake flower 1/8. It was a fabulous Hybrid strain...Exactly what I was looking for.

Tay was very helpful! The staff was amazing.

Becky helped me out and she was so kind and sweet to me. She tried her best to get me the products I was looking for and she made me feel very welcome and appreciated. I hope she gets a raise or promotion because she deserves it!

I do believe in researching your flower before purchasing. I wasn't sure about the Durban Poison being a good substitute for sour diesel. After talking with Hannah and the other woman I was assured it would be an OK switch. This is the 2nd time at this store & you guys killed on knowledge as well as great customer service. I'm the General Manager of restaurant and love being wowed. The vibe is always positive and uplifting. Thanks again for the awesome product as well as customer service. I'll be back. This dispo continues to me my FAV in KC. Staff is always so darn nice and helpful ….no egos here: tenders are happy to ask their colleagues if they don’t have an answer to a question…Consistently. I was wondering what I should do about 2 different things & greatly taught. I tried 2 different types of valves than I didn't pick out at the first, The Forest helped me quickly and actually slightly cheaper.

Products is a four star because in the past I have loved my purchases but haven’t tried any new stuff yet. Hannah was my budtender and she was not only incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, but she was fun and sweet, making it such a good experience. Many places in town don’t connect with customers or the community and the forest definitely does that. Hannah, you’re a sweetie and so cute! 🖤 Thank you for the tip about Sundays, see you soon!!

They were my favorite dispensary until I tried to redeem their promotion of leaving a good review for a .5 gram pre roll. I have been a repeat customer for nearly a year. I left a positive review on not one but 4 different platforms and they still wouldn't honor it unless I went and took a selfie in front of their mural, which was never part of the promotion. some of us have to be discreet for friends or job reasons. They showed me how little they care for their customers by losing one over a pre roll that cost them $5 wholesale. The staff is wonderful, but the management and owners are awful and couldn't care less about retaining customers.

The most kinda and care staff took my mom in they even had a lift for so she didn't have to do stairs

Great dispensary with deli style counter. Becky is the best! She is extremely kind, knowledgeable, and makes you want to keep coming back.

They made me feel welcome despite my indecisiveness. Eventually I figured out what I wanted and was very happy. I haven't smoked it yet but the pre-roll blunt I bought is gonna be dope. Hands down is the cleanest looking rolled blunt I've ever seen. I'll definitely be back next time I visit Missouri.

Atmosphere is a little Dull but the products and employees make up for it. All in all 9/10. A must go!

Most laid back place I've been to so far. Doesn't feel like visiting the Doc like everywhere else. No waiting room.

OPEN MONDAY THRU SATURDAY UNTIL 10PM!!! My first visit to The Forest as I had limited options because of time restraints. I was literally in the door 5 minutes before closing, when they said, Ummm…..we are open until 10pm except on Sundays. I was super thankful, but I said you’re website says you close at 9:15pm. They were wondering why it’s been so slow. Everyone thanked me for bringing it to their attention, but I was thanking them for the great prices, smiles, and service! Becky and everyone there were awesome, and it was my first time at this dispensary for the 20% off. The entire experience was great, and I hope you all get busier now that it says open Monday thru Saturday until 10pm on your website! I’ll be visiting again today; because they open at 8:30am!

Amanda was amazing. I felt bad I couldn’t leave a tip, but I’ll be bringing her a $20 bill. Amazeballz.
