I really like the capability of being able to order online so there is no having to stand in line waiting. The entire atmosphere is pleasant & the staff are all so helpful & very nice & very knowledgable & can answer any & every question I ask & I always have plenty! I have not even been to the Germay Drive Compassion Center since I had my medical card & it is actually closer to my home. I have almost found the proper combo of product that they were able to explain to me that works.
Overall it was wonderful! I was happy to see the employees had the proper precautionary gear to protect themselves and their clients given the recent pandemic. The variety of product and the selections in pre rolls and topical products was nice. Having said this, it was the staff, their knowledge of products and the recommendations they gave that will keep me coming back! They were helpful, polite and had answers for my questions. Thank you for your selection in staff members it means alot to feel welcomed.
Best flower in the state, always on point. All employees are very personable, passionate and knowledgeable with a great sense of humor that makes trips in, enjoyable. Hopefully soon they will get into shatter, wax and diamonds.
Been coming here since they opened and my favorite dispensary in the state, however the last couple times I been here the staff gripe about “how tired” they are and rush me when I’m in there, very unprofessional. As their staff grew and changed, the attitudes got worse. Today in curbside was terrible, they guy got smart with me bc I asked him if I could add to my order (the site said available in store only but FRESH confirmed at pickup that it’s not in stock- huge difference) so I drove an hour to get one 1/8 when I normally spend $200+. Told me it’d be another 40 mins for me to add to order and they’d be closing anyway and that “we just wanna go home” so rude!!! I hate the other dispensaries I rather go back to streets than deal with crappy attitudes. Too bad bc they have best product, need new staff ASAP
Great medicine and one serious product line! The staff are well educated, helpful and always positive. Overall they run a very clean system, proving the serious care they put into the patients safety and over all health.
My wait was a little bit longer than I expected, there was some problem with my order even though I ordered it the day before, I love the customer service and the employees just the same.
I ordedered online at 11 in the morming. Showed at 5 and they had to put together my order. I ordered 2 discount 1/8ths and a full price Candy apple. They gave me 2 cherry chewbilee's. I dont have a vehicale so I had no way to return the unopened package and they said they couldnt refund me eveb though I used card, and if I did it would probably be cash. Which sucked bc the strains do matter for my pain. So I paid 10 extra dollars for somwthing I couldn't use/get to trade back in. I can tell they wanted to help, they just messed up and couldnt because I had no way back. Id still come back. Im just ginna ask to check my bags before i leave.
