Unfortunately I did not notice the name of the girl who helped me but I have had her before and she is awesome, so very friendly and cheerful with the customers. I work in customer service also and would love for all my employees to be like her
Never disappointed when I go to Fresh. Every aspect of a dispensary experience they've covered nicely. Everything from appealing atmosphere & great sales. All the way to great fast & friendly service!!
Not sure what else I could ask for. Plus they always take the time to see how you're doing & they never rush you along or out the door. All in all a 12/10 experience
Very helpful staff will answer your questions and concerns while not making you feel stupid. Variety of choices and products. My only concern is that they will be driven under by the recreational bill that just passed in DE. THEY SHOULD BE GRANDFATHERED INTO THIS NEW RULING AND NOT PUNISHED FOR PROVIDING COMPASSIONATE CARE TO OUR STATE PRIOR TO THIS CHANGE.... Just my opinion, but it seems the medical providers should be rewarded for breaking the ground that we will walk on later...
I love coming to fresh, the products are great, amazing deals and the budtenders are so friendly and have great customer service! Will definitely recommend to friends/family.
I’ve been coming to this store for a year. Wish you could go in, when will that start? Get some different strains and offer a customer loyalty/discount program- sometimes I cost both weekend days - special please.

The customer service is great! Ordering online is easy and very convenient. The only thing that could be improved are the options. Hopefully they get some non-flower options in soon!
Staff is always very friendly and willing to talk with you about the different options. However, I do wish there was more of a selection in the flowering section.
The people were nice but after my first visit they didn’t have product that I started with and basically had to move on to a second choice that wasn’t as good as what I started with. Seems they have a tuff time keeping the same brands in stock. This sucks cause trying different types is money and time consuming. When you’re on a fixed income this is important. Don’t know how to fix these problems but they are there. Even the count. When I went to school a Qt was 7 grams and an1/8 was 3.5 so what’s with the 3 gram 1/8? Well the system has to have the bugs worked out just like any new money making business.
