I have been trying to get the CBD Transdermal Patch made by Mary's Medicinals and Ganjarunner happened to be a distributor for them. I placed my order and got it delivered the next day very discreet and within the 9-5 windows. These guys are incredible and sent a nice new customer package which I have not seen before from any dispensary, a real class act. I got a brownie, looked like something sold in a store and a 1/8 which was packaged very professionally. Everything about these guys screams discreet and incredibly professional. I can place my order come home and it will be there waiting for me and even ship to a different address.

Quick delivery and great inventory

Their delivery service sucks. You must schedule your delivery time when you order. The only choices are the hours. 11 am 12 pm, 1 pm, 2 pm ect. I'm not so dumb that I know everyone who signs up for a delivery at 11 am (the earliest choice) is going to get their order at 11 am. So the drivers start out behind. I too, have waited HOURS beyond the delivery time. I have called and was told I"d be texted the drivers' eta. Never happened. The same day, after no text, I called and was told she'd call me back with driver's eta. Never happened. I have to go to work in the afternoon, and can't wait beyond 2 pm. This last time was my day off. Scheduled it the day before, for an 11 am delivery. Didn't show up until 3 pm!!!!!! There goes my day off. I doubt I'll be using them again. I don't have an entire day to wait for pot delivery.

I had the pleasure of working with Lei today when placing an order. There was some technical difficulties I was experiencing and she was able resolve them very quickly. Very professional!

Every person I have come across on my deliveties has been a joy. I have already begun refering friends. I can't honestly rate atmosphere since all my products are delivered.

I ordered a few CBD products on 12/17/19. I had a typo in my phone #, which customer service person Priscilla contacted me about & we fixed so they could request payment via the Vault app. I paid, & then proceeded to wait at home that night & the following day with zero contact. I reached out again, & to make a very long story short, over the course of the next few days they repeatedly “lost” my order & implied that it was my fault the delivery (which they finally attempted 12/22/19 at 10:00pm) didn’t occur because of the incorrect phone number, which was, if you recall, corrected the very day I placed the order. I finally asked to have the order cancelled & refunded, which Mayzee confirmed would happen. It never happened. On 1/4/2020, they finally responded to me & said I had never been charged for the order because it was canceled. I sent them a screenshot of my payment through the Vault app. They said they “found” it & would send it to the “higher ups”. Still no refund. Truly awful.

my order had missing items that the driver reported. a woman stating she's the top operations manager for all of Budee later got me on the phone to tell me that she knew i had paid for items that were indeed missing, and that she wasn't going to bring them until i gave back what i took. she went on to very gruffly accuse me of many things including repeated lying, dishonesty, thievery, "robbery by customer", and that she had reviewed "the evidence" and "the footage" proving that i had committed illegal crimes. she even expressed her annoyance at the time that reviewing the evidence of my crimes in "the investigation" took out of her day. i told her i didn't know what she was referring to and that she was making a mistake, she replied that no, i was the one making the mistake by refusing to admit what i had done. she was very angry and very very harsh. i had never been berated by a person like this before, she was really going bananas. later, a friendly person called to quickly let me know they found the missing items "on their end". meanwhile, we have been verbally assaulted, accused of many things and completely horrified by the experience.

I had been smoking Platinum Kush and loved it. I saw the strain on the website by Golden State Canna. I order three eights to check it out. The buds were in small pouches which had been flattened out. The buds were very tiny and could not grind them nor would it burn properly, I was told to send a photo of the buds and i would hear from someone. Actually i have not heard from anyone since then. I am disappointed by the lack of customer care. I buy a lot of cannabis but i will not be buying from Gangarunner. Money is hard enough to get let alone spending in on worthless pot. I would not recommend this service.
