The pickup was ready when I arrived. I am from out of town, so I didn’t want to get there to find slim pickings. From what I could see they were well stocked. They were also very helpful when asked about some of the different products available. My 2nd Review: on July 6 for my 3rd visit, Ben was my Patient Care Advocate, and he was amazing! Honestly, I was the designated family member sent to learn about what options are available to help loved ones to manage pain, reduce anxiety, or even just wind down before bed after a long night working in a restaurant. When I presented Ben with this variety of needs, he offered to, in the future, provide a private consult for the family members seeking advice, services and product. And in the meantime, he taught me about tincture, which I hadn't even heard of nor seen available to non Patient users or those of us without medical use licenses. He was absolutely terrific: smart, empathetic, and kind, teaching me exactly what I needed to learn. Not only did I feel confident in my purchase of tincture for me, I was able to make clear recommendations to other family members, some who live out of state but - I happily learned - are able to shop and purchase product at GR Marlborough, even if their drivers license is out of state. On this my 3rd visit, you all have sealed the relationship deal with me. Keep up the great work. And thanks again, Ben!

Great smoke, decent prices for tax theft that mass has. Friendly staff, bud tenders spoke of what the product induced rather fondly and close to my personal experience. Kid at the door was nice and bored lol

Well, it has a very pleasant atmosphere. The staff seems very knowledgeable. Everybody seems to be very kind, which is very pleasant to know if you have any questions never felt to be answered by one of the staff members awesome team thanks.

As a long-standing patron of Garden Remedies since its opening at this location, I've had the pleasure of experiencing its convenience, friendly atmosphere, and excellent product selection. However, recent changes to their point system have left me disappointed and disillusioned. Despite the great prices, wonderful staff, and quality products, the decision to replace the previous point system and wipe out all accumulated points feels like a loss of recognition for loyal customers like myself. While I understand the need for adjustments, the abrupt removal of rewards for frequent patrons is disheartening. Although I still recommend Garden Remedies for its offerings, I cannot overlook the disparity in rewards between medical patients and the general population. As someone who once frequented the establishment, I now feel compelled to explore alternative options that value and reward customer loyalty more equitably. In closing, while Garden Remedies remains a viable choice for one-off purchases, I caution against relying on it for consistent rewards or recognition as a loyal customer. It's my hope that my feedback, and that of others, may prompt a reconsideration of their loyalty program to better serve all customers in the future.

well...on my one & only trip yesterday, my order came to $114. I gave them $100 in cash & put rest on my ATM card, instead, they charged me the full amount on my debit. Had to go back today to get my money back.

Great selection. Not the best prices but with the reimbursement refund it’s works out to be a good deal. I enjoyed the shatter
