Garden Remedies Marlborough: Med + Adult-use

Credit where credit is due- this place has come a long way in a few months. Went back out of necessity/convenience, and I was happy to see a much more sizable selection. The leafly app showed some stuff for "adult use," that ended up being only for "patients," but they texted me quickly to get it sorted out, which I thought was really great. Glad I went back, because I really did want to like this place. Will be coming back soon.

They didn't use to have great selection but today they had a few. Only came because Neta was out of flower and only allowing ONE product now. Got plenty of wax now. ☺

Worst experience at a dispensary in my life! Customer service was cold, I was offered no menus to look at the first time I went. Was given a punch card, as I am a medical patient, second visit was told because I had ordered online and the pre rolls were on sale I couldn't use the card, If I wanted to pay full price for pre rolls than I could use card... My order was already in a bag stapled shut when I arrived with my medical stickers all thrown in the bag on a sprip of paper instead of placed on each product I purchased, so nothing was double checked when I picked the order up.. The inside of the dispensary reminded me of an abandoned 7-11, very cold and empty. It definitely matched the customer service I received.. I will never return here...

Great quality and service. They need to keep the inventory better stocked. Today only 3 flower choices and no pre rolls.Had to go somewhere else.

I have enjoyed my initial visit and the flower that was purchased. Quite accurate effects on the Bruce Banner and Sour Kosher. Lovely flowers. Please update your menu, currently it hasn't been updated in two days. Also really enjoyed the PDF menu for your Marlborough location and now that PDF menu can't be found on your home page, rather the adult use menu links directly to the leafly menu, which isn't as user friendly. Anyway, thank you very much and look forward to future visits. Great location with easy parking and very nice staff.

I spoke with Sam the day before my 1st purchase, she was very helpful and answered all my questions. The next day I placed my order and when I came to pick up, there was a line but it moved along at a good pace. I was impressed with how the staff in general worked together to get you in/out. I will now be a regular customer! Remember that there is a 20% tax on all pot purchases!

Super fast service, friendly staff (especially Erin! Very polite and helpful!), all on top of a great product selection. Don’t worry if the line is long when you come in, you’ll be in and out :)

Not sealed and extremely dry. The lack of a quality seal is a big no for me.

As I”m nearly 72, I was very nervous about social distancing. I’ve self quarantined for past 2 weeks, and this was my first visit back amongst people. It was great! Masked guard at the door took me by surprise (bit incongruous, don’t you think!), but then I felt grateful. The young lady behind the glass was not particularly engaging, but ai guess she doesn’t need to be. Masked cashiers were super and one of them maintained social distancing of people queuing up in the package retrieval area. Thank you for being there for us all! I need my cannabis for medical reasons, so am grateful you were open.

Shopped here on a recent visit ... in from out of town. Tried several products over a few days and all were top-shelf quality. Chill staff. Doesn’t take forever even if there’s a line. Thinkin’ about comin’ back to the area just to shop here as this was my first Moonroocks experience. I HIGHLY recommended but do read the Advisory. Great place quality product.

Easy to deal with. Order online and pickup. Orders are usually filled in 10 minutes. Pickup is quick in and out.
