This location is spacey and clean. They have lots of great topicals and edibles that have helped me significantly. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they are open on Sundays which is a huge plus for me!

Garden Remedies has best spa products around!!!

This was the absolute worst dispensary I have been to and I am patient who cant get by every day without my medicine. My fiancee and I didn't even make it in the trap before the rude manager already started making us feel uncomfortable. As I got out of the car I almost slipped and fell on black ice and I previously had surgery 2 days before. I had told the manager that scenario and her response was "oh ok I will have someone take a look at it" Taken back a little I proceeded inside as I am in pain and medication is what allows me to get through the pain. We then entered (seperately) and I asked "Can we speak with each other (my fiancee is going to be entering) just because a dispensary before wouldnt even let me give him change before?" trying to be respectful to the business and after the employees (yes more than one) advised us we could speak to one another the again terribly rude manager went above her entire staff advising us if we need to speak to anyone unless completing a transaction it would be to her. Not feeling the customer service experience that either of us medical patient have felt with other dispensaries we were questioning leaving at this point anyways. While continuing to talk to my fiancee like we were told was possible we decided to both make transactions as we share a joint bank account the money I was holding was both of ours and as in Massachusetts patients are not legally allowed to share their medication I handed him cash as the sharing funds was not spoken of when I originally asked my entering question. The manager then says (not as a manager should handle a situation) "I have the right to not dispense medication to any patient if I feel necessary!" Meanwhile there is an ATM less than 20 feet away from us in the same room. So it would of been alright to make 2 transactions from (the same joint account the money I was holding came from) with a debit card as there is a fee so passing the card would amount to 2 different fees but not alright to pass cash when spoken about already in our said conversation. There is no signage stating funds cannot be transferred or anything of that nature either. Needless to say we ended up leaving without either of our medication and went straight to Apothca in Arlington and was taken care of flawlessly. Also as leaving the parking lot again almost falling because surprise the manager did not have someone look at the frozen lot. So if I could give less than 1 star for any category I would.

Everything about this location is wonderful. It is local to me, there is ample parking available. When you walk in the staff is welcoming and super ready to assist. There is so much space and the ambiance is soft and welcoming like a spa! Def my new spot!!

Garden remedies is frankly the best dispensary I have been to since becoming a Medical Marijuana patient. I live with chronic pain due to arthritis and upon using their products, my pain is simply gone. I call it “my miracle drug”. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and patient. They explained all my options to me. They even have a Marijuana foot soak. I will be returning to try that as I’m sure it would work wonders on my aching feet. I would highly recommend paying a visit to Garden Remedies.

I have been going to the Melorse location since they opened. I have purchased flower, Rick Simpson oil, capsules, edibles (chocolate and chews), vape cartridge, and tincture. I got an ounce on promo a few weeks back and can honestly say their offerings are amazing and the prices are as also. All of the budistas/budtenders are friendly and helpful with some bud knowledge to boot. I got a variety of strains and can safely say my bud is not dry (don't let me start talking about Mayflower dispensary.whole other review on them and their brittle bud 🤨). They have aggressive promos weekly. I am a heavy smoker and really need to get on here more and do strain reviews. I am a strain junkie and love to try new strains and stay heavily stocked. I'm going to post some pics of their bud..it is moist. I have their Bruce Banner, Chem #4, Rainmaker, Dr. Who and Longspeak blue. You all know that bud is hit or miss with dispensaries and the batches vary. Too bad we can't touch the bud before we purchase or sample edibles. Either way their weed is fresh and potent from personal experience. As I am writing this now I'm on Chem #4 and I feel amazing. Also, they have a $50 friends referral bonus which you can stack with their promos.

This is a great location right on Broadway, plenty of parking, checking in (first timer) was quick and easy. Once inside there was zero wait time, counter staff was very friendly, very helpful, and the one that was helping me made a great suggestion AJ’s Sour Diesel, and I’m enjoying it right now. Also there was a cozy area where you can sit, chill out and get a real gooooood look at that menu. Thank you Folks! Everyone else,.. Enjoy!!

Staff are always super helpful and friendly! Never have to wait and usually have a decent selection on concentrates. I always enjoy stopping in for a visit, and likely will try something new at the consistently great recommendations of staff. Patrick since day one has gone above and beyond for customer satisfaction. GR- you have a star staff here in Melrose, and your product is consistent, that’s what keeps me coming back week after week.

As a new first-time medical patient, I got a $200 punch card ($50 off $100+ Order x 4 Trips). They also were offering a stacking discount off of orders over $100, which was a really nice surprise! I tried a few different kinds of flower, and have been enjoying trying strains I haven't seen at other dispensaries. They're really convenient to get to right on Rt. 99, have a lot of parking, and I've never had to wait in line longer than a few minutes. I've gone 3 times so far, and will definitely visit again!
