Unresponsive garbage

Every time I come on the site to look at the options for adult use, it’s so limited. Now there is only 1 option for pre rolls and the thc is so low I might as well smoke a cigarette. this place used to be my go to my now, with all these unnecessary changes, I’m going to have to look else where!

Garden Remedies is hands down my favorite dispensary I've been to. It is very clean and small, but well organized for people to get in and out, and there's never a huge line. The only tough part about going is it's kind of annoying to find parking, but once you do your trip will be well worth it. Great bud, great budtenders. And you're gaurenteed to have a great experience. 😌💨🌬️💨

This place is great! I'm always in and out within 5 minutes and there is lots of street parking. The atmosphere is very chill and there aren't armed guards or police standing around like there are at NETA so it makes for a smoother, less anxious shopping experience. The staff are friendly and very knowledgeable of their products; they are quick to suggest alternatives if what you want isn't in stock. Also this place doesn't have product limits and has a large selection so you're able to buy what you want without hassle. Will definitely be making this my go-to dispensary from now on!

I spoke with the nicest woman this morning when calling around for an open dispensary during the virus. She was keeping it together even though she was the only one fielding a ton of calls. There was a glitch with the Leafly ordering system that required multiple refreshes of the page. Otherwise a great experience

This facility made me feel very comfortable and secure in my decisions. Jake was my consultant today, my first visit ever.. he was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed. He explained the products with examples so that a novice could understand! As we were leaving we also spoke to Katie who also spent time with us and gave us even more confidence in the product we chose for our issues.

Nice job in Newton. I know it's tough to have to deal with customers who may be a little on the miserable side (myself included), but my visit today was pleasant, smiles all around (when no masks) and quick. Thanks for doing a great job under trying circumstances. I'm a regular customer in Newton and I appreciate it!

Bought an Oz, got 0.9oz. Despite all the fancy packaging and process, feel like I got scammed. Plus, way too much packaging. Way too much waste. This should all be delivered in sustainable, biodegradable packaging. Threw away a lot of plastic. Product was as expected. Excellent quality and trimmed as should be delivered from a regulated, professional establishment. Just less 9f it than advertised. M

Can be slow when crowded (like 5:30 on a Friday) but the flower is top notch - probably best so far in MA. Best pure oil cartridges, too. No PG carts though.

I i’ve been there only once, not long after it was open for recreational. Too much paperwork in the beginning. I was at Salem recreational store the second day, just I needed appointment and a valid drivers license

Great spot. Parking is decent and better compared to most locations. Selection and variety is not the best but the products that are there are great. The staff is incredibly friendly and the process to make appointment is not bad. Virtually no lines whenever I go there.

I picked up a half ounce of flower from Garden Remedies on July 3rd... 3 out of the 4 containers were not sealed. The quality of Blue Dream was profoundly worse than the first time I picked it up from this place. I feel like I’ve been taken for a ride. I will not be ordering from this place again. There’s better dispensaries like Sira Naturals in Needham.

Great atmosphere, good buds, a bit leafy, especially the Long Peaks Blue. For the most part all the other flower was good and dense but could use a bit more clipping. Street parking, but if you come during the week its not too bad from what they tell me. They also have specials during the week!! Packaging is pre-packaged grams, eighths, and so on. I wish they would package to order, so you could see what you're getting. I also had such a waste of those little prescription bottles when I came home. They have those glass jars with samples you can look at but I found the sample to look a bit better than what I got. They have Boveda humi packs in each pre-packaged bottle which I really liked but that's got to cost a LOT of money, and again wasteful. These guys are on the newer side and service was fantastic so I cant wait to go back in a month to see if anything has changed.

Location, service and atmosphere were all top notch. The product on the other hand was not. I purchased a quarter each of the Gorilla Glue, Cornbread, and the longs peak blue. All were dryer than anything I've purchased elsewhere. The Cornbread has been my favorite, it was the least dry of the 3. The Gorilla Glue was the most disappointing. I received my quarter in 2 pre package 8th container. Upon opening them both I found I received 75 percent shake! This was severely disappointing. One container contained nothing but shake. The other half shake half tiny nugs. Will most likely not be returning.

Went back a second time specifically for the Bubba. I explained this was my reason for returning. I ordered a half and was told I was limited to a quater of any strain. I said ok and proceeded to ask for 3 quater of 3 strains. The woman was very helpful and friendly she checked me out bagged everything. Upon getting home Opened the bag...and things got disappointing. I was given three eigths of one strain, two eights of the second strain I asked for, the third eight was one that I purposely avoided because I wasn't a big fan of it. The main problem there was no Bubba, the only reason I went in the first place. Hoping I can get back to swap it out this week but the whole hassle of it kind of stinks and could have been easily avoided.

Little nice place with qualified staff. Definitely recommended.

Easy to get to, great service. Only complaint would be a lack of flower, they usually only have a few to choose from and they go quick.

Joe, the gentleman who assisted me, answered all my questions with an evident knowledge of the medicine he was dispensing. His friendly patients made my visit a relaxed experience. Between Joe, the clean modern atmosphere and the top quality medicine, this was the first of many visits for me.
