Going Green Albany

I went into Going Green not knowing what to expect. The two girls that greeted me were friendly, knowledgeable and very caring. The location was beautiful and inviting and the products were were wonderful. I will definitely return and tell all of my friends about them

My lady and I enjoyed our 1st visit to this shop. It was far better inside than its unassuming exterior. Calm interior, clean and fresh, big smiles and great vibes, combined with quality flower, excellent service, superior information on all questions asked, makes this a for sure Albany dispensary I will frequent and tell my friends to check it out.

This place is great, the staff makes you feel welcomed and are very knowledgeable. The manager is really friendly and fun to talk to. I will be coming here for a long time to come.

The quality of the bud was great the service was amazing and the Atmosphere was nice only wish they had more of a selection.

the very first time we came here it was super friendly and I loved it. so i took my grandma in to the store and we were treated with attitude by all the girls in there. And they didn't even give my grandma the discounts that were posted. very disappointed.

Today was my first time ever being in a store I didn't know much but wanted to learn more about CBD staff was very knowledgeable I was impressed and very satisfied with my product and service.

I've been to 3 other dispenserary and this is the best set up shop I've seen yet. Everyone one was very nice and always willing to answer any of my questions. Love this place, I will continue to shop here.

I love everybody here, the squibs are the best working edible ive ever had and edibles never work for me but i definitely feel these. its the only place i go when im in albany...

The best by far! They get to know their customers and their needs. They are family friendly in the waiting room and never make it difficult to get meds. The atmosphere BY FAR the best out of the dozens of places I have been to. Their employees are top notch!. They remember names and specifics and that keeps me coming back for more. I rather travel across town past multiple shops just to come here. Good Prices, quality product AND selection.

NEVER UNHAPPY. Leafly said you had a special and you wouldn't honor it. Can't believe a place like this would do this to people who NEED their medication. This has changed how I feel about this dispensary. I might not come back.

This is the only dispensary I go to. I love the bud tenders there, they’re all so friendly and like to strike up conversation. And they’re always helpful when I have questions. 10/10

Absolutely terrible customer service during this covid situation! I have severe mental health issues and they wouldn’t let my fiancé(who I live with) shop with me because they wanted to help the next person even though we both waited the 15 minutes. I ended up having a panic attack in the middle of their store and freaking out and leaving. I will NEVER support a place that doesn’t give a crap about their customers well being vs getting their $$ faster.

Unfortunately close to my house so I have been here a few times. They push products they are trying to get rid off. Service is blah. Same products you can get all over the Willy valley. Kind of like going to seven eleven for groceries instead of a grocery store! Only when I have to.
