I’m a regular at Gold Leaf and love the entire staff. I’d like to personally thank Victoria C., she gave me the kind of service that made me feel like her only customer. Once I gave her my order, she went over the specials and I ended getting an excellent deal on carts. I don’t always have time to figure out the specials so her taking the extra time with me made all the difference. Thank you Victoria!!

Came in for a product that was advertised online and upon checkout I was informed the product was double the price. I respectfully declined and asked what could be done. The answer was nothing. No apology or solution for wasting my time and falsely representing product pricing. Took a trip to this dispensary in the snow to leave with nothing but a bad taste in my mouth.

Purchased a evo lab disposable the other day that stopped working, came in and showed it to the manager Paul. He was quick to make it right for me! Love the customer service here

Called this location to inquire about a couple terpene profiles for their concentrates in stock. I chatted with Parker momentarily and he assisted me in picking out a suitable choose for what I was looking for. When I arrived Brad was friendly and even gave me some additional recommendations on what I’d probably enjoy. All around great experience.

I came in the other day to a line out of the door but surprisingly they were able to get people in and out so it was not a very long wait. Once I got back an associate named Devan helped me pick out a few strains good for my insomnia, and it seems as though he knew what he was talking about because i have never slept better. I will be returning on their next flower sale
