Today again, another fantastic experience at Gold Leaf. Tim and Floor Manager Ricky were unparalleled in kindness and service. Every time I visit, I have the utmost impressive service and hospitality from ALL of the staff. Always a large selection, never disappointed and treated like a human. Tim greets me every time I come in by my name. From the guys on the accessories side, ro the order fillers and the beautiful greetings, this place is exceptional. I have a few choices to visit within my home, and I still choose Gold Leaf, sometimes twice a week because of the phenomenal deals they have every single day(reminded text every morning by 830am). Thank you, Gold Leaf, and especially Tim, Thank you all!

Colin in Delivery is AWESOME. He always goes out of his way for me. Online ordering questions? He has the answers. Delivery questions? He knows the one and outs to make things happens. In general, Gold Leaf has very good customer service, but Colin goes above and beyond. Five stars for Colin⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I’ve been coming to Gold leaf for a few months now, and I cannot recommend this place enough. I’ve had Stephanie as my bud tender the past few visits and she is fantastic. Always helps me get everything I’m looking for and always a lovely conversation in the meantime. Also big ups to my check in team always being incredibly friendly!

Special shout out to Roger at Gold leaf. So I came in yesterday in bit on a panic with 10/10 lower back back pain. I was in tears basically and he was very edgar to help me with a fabulous combination to try. I got the Grassroots companies 50mg RSO Capaels, 1Gr RSO Syringe of birthday cake 83.17% THC, also Grassrootss new muscle balm/cream with 200 Mg CBD AND 100Mg THC. I also picked up a Marys medicinals cbd|thc 1:1 patch. My back feels much better ready after a few hours, but woke up feeling so less sore and stuff. All thanks to him for taking the time to take a deep breath and helped me alot. He helped me alot in a stressful situation for me! THANK YOU ROGER!!!

This place is great. Security always opens the door for you. The front desk staff greets you immediately. This time Cori Bennington helped me out. 10/10 experience. She helped me by explaining which terpene profiles would help my ailment the best. We spent a lot of time figuring out exactly what works for me. They gave me my veteran discount and i was out the front door(held by security once again after the front desk people said their farewells). Great experience every time.

Paul, Bruce, Austin, Jacob and all the curbside team did incredibly today. Packed parking lot and got my order quickly with no issues!

Without a doubt my favorite location. Others do curbside but not with such a high standard of customer service. I had Cori this time, she’s always outgoing and makes you feel so welcomed. Had a previous issue though with one of my items not properly matching a price online, showed the manager Kyle who was quick remedy the situation and make it right. Y’all rock !

Tried delivery today and I was blown away! I got a call from a gentleman named devin to let me know my order was close by and Bryan was very professional and prompt with my delivery. I will be using their service much more often knowing they can bring the same service on the road!

Finally got around to finishing my “baller jar” of gelato cake that brad suggested. Fantastic flavor and enjoyed the entourage effect that the terpene profile gave. Highly recommend.
