Place is clean, has an upscale boutique kind of feel, great prices and daily deals, staff is super friendly and polite I’ve had Tavis, Cameron, Abbie and Owen as bud tenders and they were all very informative and personable. all around a great experience
I had a great experience! I did the curbside pick up. Everything was easy and staff was great!

Definitely my go to dispensary! I was having trouble picking the right cartridge but Bradley was extremely helpful in explaining the difference between each one, highly recommend!!!

Line for pick up was crazy today 4/20. Our budtender Devin was kind , courteous and took good care of me

Parking lot leaves a lot to be desired however it is 420 !!
Once again I wasn't disappointed in the product or service,man I love this place and you will too,trust me !
These guys have never let me down. I can't name all of the tenders but they all know who they are and they have done me well for the past year. No complaints kudos to you guys for abiding by the covid 19 rules. Thank you all

I am a caregiver and picked up an order for my patient. There was a couple things missing from the original order but Devin was able to remedy the issue extremely fast and get me on my way. Will definitely be back

Always super excited to come in for the BOGO on edibles. Usually just go with the mango ginger 40s from curio but Brad suggested I try the new pineapple mint instead. I absolutely looove them, thanks for the great suggestion!!

I was referred by a friend to come to Gold Leaf for their great service, quality, and environment. Brandon was the employee who accompanied me In my first time at Gold Leaf. In regard to the customer service Brandon gave me, Gold Leaf is now my go-to dispensary.
The staff is on point. They always have a nice selection of all product types. The building is always clean and safe. Top notch staff and facility

I always enjoy my visits to this dispensary. Everyone is helpful and have great attitudes. The atmosphere is awesome. Do wish they use suppliers from the West coast.

My ratings are so low for service because of my recent experience. I loved GL, and there have never been any delays or confusion for me when ordering until now, and the staff did not handle it well at all. It took 50+ minutes of confusion to place my order, over an hour if you count the phone calls I made prior to arriving.
I arrived for curbside PICKUP, and realized on my own that my online order hadn’t gone through. A budtender happened to walk up to my window when I pulled up as I was reordering on my phone, and recommended that I do FULL SERVICE curbside rather than resubmitting my PICKUP order as the latter would take longer and push me back in the queue. So, I texted the curbside number immediately as instructed by the budtender (who said I just need to text the same curbside pickup number I’ve used in the past and say that I’d like to place a full service curbside order. No other details as far as what info they will need for Full service, so I assumed my name and total would be taken/calculated after checking my card and ordering.)
Well, whoever is behind the phones today rudely responded, with back to back texts such as “Name??? Cash??? Card?? We need to know these exact things.” They basically were rudely asking for more information that I didn’t know I needed to provide for FULL SERVICE, but I complied without complaint thinking “oh They’re probably super busy, nbd.” It was taking a little long, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt because it was closing time.
30 minutes late I texted the curbside number again about the unusual wait, because even on busier days it has never taken this long. I was then told via text that the wait was my fault for “taking too long” to provide order details even though the budtender who gave me instructions when I pulled up did not inform me of all of the Info I was supposed to provide for a full service curbside order. Regardless though, from the time I actually did send all of the necessary details, it still took over 30 minutes to get my order and I watched ALL of the other patients pull up, order, and leave without an issue and within about 10 minutes per car. I was the last one to leave at like 8:20 PM and I got there before 7:30.
To make things even worse, when the budtender finally came out, he had my order and total wrong. No fault to him personally, but that was the cherry on top of this bad experience for me.
There was one time a few months back where they actually skipped my curbside order mistakenly, and gave me a discount for the extra 20 min I had to wait when I didn’t even mind or ask for it. That was wonderful service!This time, not only was no compensation offered, but the staff seemed very apathetic and dismissive.
I just think it’s incredibly rude to blame a continued customer for an unusual wait, especially for the amount of money I spend at this dispensary. I am very am disappointed and not sure if I’ll be back.
