It’s always a great experience here I was upset about no one having the feel collection tinctures where I nice gentleman tye he apologize about them not having the item and he recommended I talk to the hound lady on curbside he transformed my call to the curbside line , and Mary was beyond helpful and informative she went over the tinctures they had in stock and what she recommended what was the closet thing they had to the item I wanted ! I am beyond satisfied ! I will always travel to come to gold leaf !

Austin was my budtender today and his knowledge is impeccable , he can answer any question when it comes to the terpene profile if you want to know about cannabis talk to this man ! Mary parker and Hannah are very knowledgeable too I never had a bad experience here !

Today again, another fantastic experience at Gold Leaf. Tim and Floor Manager Ricky were unparalleled in kindness and service. Every time I visit, I have the utmost impressive service and hospitality from ALL of the staff. Always a large selection, never disappointed and treated like a human. Tim greets me every time I come in by my name. From the guys on the accessories side, ro the order fillers and the beautiful greetings, this place is exceptional. I have a few choices to visit within my home, and I still choose Gold Leaf, sometimes twice a week because of the phenomenal deals they have every single day(reminded text every morning by 830am). Thank you, Gold Leaf, and especially Tim, Thank you all!
In my experience, this place has good customer service. When there was an issue with my medical cannabis card recently, Whitney did not hesitate to go above and beyond to get me the products I needed. I would recommend this place to anyone. Thanks again, Whitney.

Called in to get some info on terpene profiles for some of the sale items. Paul was able to give me a quick run down what I was looking at for each one. Made my decision much easier, thanks again Paul!

I love the variety and selection they have at Gold leaf! The curbside people are all so friendly, I've been helped by Maggie, Taylor, and Brandon and they were all very professional.

Not my favorite. All though the deals are good, the place feels a little like a used car lot. By this I mean you can't get a straight answer on things like " what is the discount for buying larger quantities" answers change from employee to employee and they all have this fake friendliness about them.

Today I was greeted by Cheyenne . I made an online reservation, and there system was a little backed up just for the moment. She took me right to the back to get my order filled and to provide me with speedy service. She was very knowledgeable of the stock. She also made some excellent suggestions for my next stop , and took the time to explain and answer every question I had. Out of a dozen or more dispensaries I have visited. This one is the absolute best from product quality to an outstanding level of personal service given to everyone who walks through the door. You couldn't find a better place to visit. And even to make a little drive to get to.

My ratings are so low for service because of my recent experience. I loved GL, and there have never been any delays or confusion for me when ordering until now, and the staff did not handle it well at all. It took 50+ minutes of confusion to place my order, over an hour if you count the phone calls I made prior to arriving.
I arrived for curbside PICKUP, and realized on my own that my online order hadn’t gone through. A budtender happened to walk up to my window when I pulled up as I was reordering on my phone, and recommended that I do FULL SERVICE curbside rather than resubmitting my PICKUP order as the latter would take longer and push me back in the queue. So, I texted the curbside number immediately as instructed by the budtender (who said I just need to text the same curbside pickup number I’ve used in the past and say that I’d like to place a full service curbside order. No other details as far as what info they will need for Full service, so I assumed my name and total would be taken/calculated after checking my card and ordering.)
Well, whoever is behind the phones today rudely responded, with back to back texts such as “Name??? Cash??? Card?? We need to know these exact things.” They basically were rudely asking for more information that I didn’t know I needed to provide for FULL SERVICE, but I complied without complaint thinking “oh They’re probably super busy, nbd.” It was taking a little long, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt because it was closing time.
30 minutes late I texted the curbside number again about the unusual wait, because even on busier days it has never taken this long. I was then told via text that the wait was my fault for “taking too long” to provide order details even though the budtender who gave me instructions when I pulled up did not inform me of all of the Info I was supposed to provide for a full service curbside order. Regardless though, from the time I actually did send all of the necessary details, it still took over 30 minutes to get my order and I watched ALL of the other patients pull up, order, and leave without an issue and within about 10 minutes per car. I was the last one to leave at like 8:20 PM and I got there before 7:30.
To make things even worse, when the budtender finally came out, he had my order and total wrong. No fault to him personally, but that was the cherry on top of this bad experience for me.
There was one time a few months back where they actually skipped my curbside order mistakenly, and gave me a discount for the extra 20 min I had to wait when I didn’t even mind or ask for it. That was wonderful service!This time, not only was no compensation offered, but the staff seemed very apathetic and dismissive.
I just think it’s incredibly rude to blame a continued customer for an unusual wait, especially for the amount of money I spend at this dispensary. I am very am disappointed and not sure if I’ll be back.

Love this place but the construction isn’t for me. Wish they’d let you know they will be banging and drilling before taking you to the back. Not good for my PTSD whatsoever. Thanks, but let us know when you’re done.
Wow! Blown away by the customer service at Gold Leaf. I made a mistake with an online order and they went above and beyond to help me. Thank you Cam Brown and thank you Gold Leaf.
