good products, but very slow service at times, too hot to be outside waiting.

Instead of giving me 2 products of the same price in there value bogo they charge two of the most expensive and give me the free cheaper ones I know who’s not for the patients

Whole dispo is Ass. Nothing ever is in stock always canceling online orders with no explanation. You guys spend your money somewhere else where the dispos care about their product and customer service. DONT SPEND IT HERE

I have purchased product here once, and have tried to purchase advertised specials on at least 3 other visits, none of which were in stock when I have arrived, usually within the first hour they open. When I did purchase my medical marijuana, the strains I ordered weren't what was in the bag when I opened it at home. They also don't prioritize medical patients.

Was in line for online orders when I was told to wait cause someone was before me but had to use the a.t.m. I waited and then decided to use the ATM myself. But when I did I lost my place and the budtender took someone else. I'm medical and had to now wait for a rec customer. I wanna know why I lost my place in line and the others didn't? Being check in is not an excuse. If someone is not ready move on like you did with me. I paid lots for my med card only to be put in the back of the line. Bud tender should know better service. And his patients in line

I made a preorder in the morning time. I came to this location after work in the evening. After waiting 10 mins in line, to then be told my order was never filled and that some of the product was out of stock before arrival. They then attempted to low-ball match my order, but outside of my restrictions, and was then offered a separate solution, that would have made the price of my order by an almost 30% increase in order to match what I would have gotten through my preorder. I then purchased the minimal amount that I could, and stated that I most likely would not return. This place has turned from a friendly medical establishment to patient/customer hindering retail environment.
