I was nervous cause it was my first time I'd been there.,.otherwise it was a great experience

This was my 3rd time here and I love this place and the people who work here. Today Hunter helped me out. He was wonderful, very knowledgeable and just an amazing person. I will definitely be back and recommend them to people.

I have been many times and a recreational long time marijuana user and connoisseur! They have always been courteous and helpful. They come and ask to help you at the order screens for self service ordering or go to counter and they will give you what you're looking for. Very fast and separate worker bag check to ensure quality and accuracy of order. Good point system for discounts and today I got a 10% discount on points balance and a free eighth as a good customer holiday reward. Complaints: thc percentage is normally 25% or lower for most strains and website doesn't have THC % or total terpene % on site or a way to see info for various batches to make more informed purchases. Need more diverse deals and specials that are below $100 or under $50 like for 2 eighths, not just 4 or 8 eighths. Good for a newer store.

Today my bud tender was Falonda. She was very nice and attentive. They make sure that u leave with the product u ordered by doing bag checks before handing u the bag to leave. Honestly, this is my go to place. The security guards, check-In worker's, bud tenders, and bag stockers are all so amazing. Ur never rushed out the door and ur always treated with kindness and patients and that says a lot. The prices and overall quality of the products are really good, the best. The selection options are off the charts. U always have a variety of products to choose from as well. If u have not went to Good Day Farms in Caruthersville, Mo if ur ever in that area stop by there, u will not be disappointed. Oh I almost forgot about the rewards program they offer which helps👊

Told me that I was not allowed to be on my personal cellphone while inside. I asked why it was not posted on the wall inside and was told that it was posted outside, which it is NOT posted, see attached photo. When I said that it was not posted outside, I was told that it was actually state law instead of Good Day Farms policy, which I pushed back and told them that it was not a state law or they would be required to post it like all the other notices. Rude and argumentative, a simple apology would have sufficed but they chose to stand on their ignorance when I clearly pointed out that it was not a posted policy or law. I will definitely be taking this complaint to their corporate office because signs need to be posted if this is a valid policy or else you are just bothering customers that are spending money with this specific business.

I really wish they would disclose that EVERYTHING sold here is THCa and not THC. I set aside a whole weekend, booked a hotel, and made a whole day out of going to MO. I ended up spending around $515 only to realize that I had spent my money on something I could have gotten at the vape store at a premium price. Don’t get me wrong ,the stuff is definitely at a higher quality and the high feels cleaner but it’s just not what I was looking for and I honestly feel blind sided about it because nowhere on the menu did it say that, it only says thc/cbd %. I will not be returning.

The staff is great but don’t try to do math and figure numbers with anyone in the marijuana business. I got charged for 4 products I did not receive. The retail value of the products was 88$ Management wanted to give me 74$. However taxes were paid on the $88 of product I did not receive. Which would still mathematically come out to a total greater than 74$. For some reason management could not figure this out and I was made to look like the one who was wrong, when most certainly it was the ones running the business who can not get the numbers right.

Alexis, Falonda & Lanisha were so helpful in deciding on which ones would be best!! Will come back for more Good Days ☀️☀️☀️

Good Day Farm is my fave! The products are top quality, the service and staff are all amazing, and the atmosphere is super hip! All the budtenders are awesome!
