This place is not a Boutique or upscale Weed Salon. So if you're from more of a major city this might not be for you. It's nothing fancy except for a lost idea of genuine Customer Service! Informative staff that take the time to listen to requests for both Med/Rec usage. My only concern is they need to expand their
Flower/product line. Yet still no worries legalized use is new to Missouri. Good Day Farms (Eagleville) provides a quality product at the best price. With an outstanding positive customer service experience.
Nice people, but it’s a trailer that has seen better days. Pick up line averages a two hour wait. Parking lot is a mess - confusing system. The guy monitoring the waiting room was unfriendly and not helpful. I had ordered online - they had no record of it. Staff was quick to accommodate. They did not have any of the products that had been on my order - so I had to make some quick decisions. Overall friendly staff ( once you get past the scowling waiting room guy) - but it just wasn’t a good experience.
I have been there a few times. Last Saturday morning was very busy with several cars waiting for the drive through and about 12 people in front of me. The waiting and check in room is somewhat small.
The lady checking in customers was absolutely wonderful asking people to please be patient. She always let waiting customers know if the service area was crowded. She had a very welcoming personality and if single , would be someone I would like to hang out with. I was there a little less than a half hour. Buy the way I knew the original name for Dark Side of the Moon.
The best reason to shop here are the prices. Very affordable especially compared to Illinois. Also a generous bonus program. And 15% veterans discount. The people are friendly and helpful. They are very helpful if you haven't been to a dispensary before.
I know they are planning a new building. That would be cool.
Nice shop and the workers are nice folks..however; I’ve been 4 times and 3 of the visits took entirely too long. I can’t fathom why pick up orders take as long as they do. Each car averaged 7-10 min to get their order. Do NOT send messages about orders being ready for pick up if they simply are not. How hard can it possibly be? Orders have a name, have the product ready, oh here’s your bag, keep it moving. Over 90 min in line with an ONLINE AND PRE SHOPPED order is inexcusable. I try to just have gratitude that this isn’t the old days but this is no way to organize your sales. Disappointing to say the least.
