My most recent visit last week was great as usual and I received great help from BEX. BEX ALWAYS HAS A GREAT ATTITUDE AND INSIGHT TO PRODUCT I AM LOOKING FOR. THANK YOU AGAIN BEX! I WILL BE BACK! THANKS GOOD DAY!

Today, I went in and needed help with the IPad at the counter and suggested hey Mr budtender I'll pick out my vape quickly on my android phone and suggest and turned the apple tablet in his direction while speaking and said can u pick out my ice water hash and u pick it for me I want the best one you have. well Mr half manager or Eagle Mouth comes in interrupts turns the tablet to me and States, I can do it , it ain't doing it for me.. ok I state u can kiss my @ss and the bud tender stated I can let u talk to man's like that 😆.. ok yea bruh I see you 😆.. anyways I grabbed my id and payment card, and said kiss my ass and I'll never return. And they wanna know why the other "cleaner" dispensary wouldn't hire em lmao

please fix the THC percentages to reflect what you sell in the store.

Not a medical atmosphere in the slightest. If you're serving patients, then your staff needs patience and empathy, something the staff here SORELY lack - chosing to see valid frustration and distress as an attack (a mildly raised voice complete with profuse apologies and explanation their staff chose to willfully ignore) and calling over a manager who chose "yell louder and escalate the situation" with a patient already in tears. If you value service at all, AVOID THIS STORE - and frankly, until they get their staffing in order, it's absolutely only a store and has nothing to do with medicine. There are cheaper and less hostile dispensaries aplenty within an hour's drive and I'll never return to this one.

The employees were nice, HOWEVER, the reason I chose this dispensary was because they promised me a 15% discount upon my second visit. I was never told that this would expire, and upon my return a couple of weeks later, I was told that this discount was randomly discontinued. There was no wiggle room, even though I missed the discount by one day. I will go to the greenery in Fort Smith from now on. Their employees are also very nice and very helpful, and their company honors what they say.

first time patient and was looking for recommendations. staff was excellent and their suggestions were exactly what I was needing. I've been to rec dispensaries all over so I did have something to base it on but staff did not disappoint. the only recommendation I have would be a delivery option ❤️

These guys have an excellent reward system, great deals most weeks and friendly staff, however what happened during my visit today was unacceptable . . . I always order online to ensure that I reserve what I want in -case it sells out and to create a quick process during my visit. After placing my order I ran a few errands to give them some time to put it together, however when I arrived to pick my order up I was informed by the bud-tender that everything but one item from my order was unavailable"four, five gram bags that I ordered was missing". When I asked what had happened, the bud-tender simply said I don't know . . . do you still want the one item on your order . . . What is the point of ordering your medicine in advance if the staff looks at it with floccinaucinihilipilification?

Bex, Bri and Mike and so incredibly knowledgeable and offer amazing suggestions. The GDF brand is what I primarily smoke and it does not disappoint. Highly recommend this dispensary.

Good Day in Van Buren, AR is by far the best dispensary I've been to. And I've been to quite a few! lol Prices and selection are always great! The people that work there are top notch too! There process for checking out a customer is the best I've seen as well! (I also thinks its awesome that it used to be the old Waffle House!)

Neil..he cool. Very personable and likeable. Wears a beard and knows how to wear it. Pretty good at accessorizing it too. He knows his biz. And he's a whiz. He always makes the visit pleasant

The quality, the choices, the PRICES and the atmosphere is very nice here! Always very knowledgeable for all my questions and very polite about it!! This is my favorite store! I would recommend this store to anyone on this side of the state!!

I love this place! I’ve never seen such a great friendly staff. They also have great deals and great customer appreciation events. The tall guy who helped me out was and is always so helpful and nice. They know me here, and I can go on and on about how important what they’re doing is.

I love this place, every time I go in come out happy. if you have questions they are very happy to answer them.

Spent 180$ for 2 cookies eigths Pink runtz, and guava runtz, and a qtr of Georgia smalls. The pink runtz was ok not worth 40$. Shoulda been a 20$ eigth. The guava runtz was mid tho. Shouldn’t even been sold. N don’t get me started on the Georgia pie smalls. Absolute trash no taste no terps high was mediocre. Never buying cookie products again. Most the bud in Arkansas dispensary are mid tbh. I’m shure old people love it. The hip smokers gon go to the streets. I find way better priced n quality from my street dude

I love the Van Buren store and the people that work there. But I don’t like the website. On 4/20 I was quite unhappy with what I found on website vs. what I found in store. I just messed around on the website today, and I still can’t find what I’m looking for

Felt welcoming and they were having a sale the day I stopped by. I got a pretty great deal! I like how easy it is to get to this place. I’ll be back for sure.
