Was weird not seeing someone upfront , they have the staff doing security as well which threw me off. But nonetheless it was a cool time

For a shop that probably wants to thrive, they are going to crash and burn. This location does not accept vertical id's, and out of state ids, or even other acceptable ids. I was given an excuse of "The owner doesn't want it allowed." What kind of nonsense is that? Hire your employees to read a birthdate correctly..

Love this shop! Josh and the rest of the crew are always so helpful and knowledgeable about all products! Highly recommend!

Went in tonight and the staff was VERY peppy. Eager to please for sure. Josh (the owner? also the Weed Ninja) helped us out when my boyfriend went in to pick up some RSO and didn't know weed enough to know whether or not a substitution they had to make (they were out of OG Kush, swapped it for Purple Kush) would still work for the chronic pain patient we were picking it up for. There were things here and there that felt... odd? Like, the RSO I've gotten from other places never had stickers on them saying they were "for inhalation only." But they were explained to me in a way that made sense; maybe laws are just different in Seattle than in Renton. Definitely what seemed to be the case. Either way, we walked out with what we needed thanks to Josh's help, and at the end of the day that's what matters. I'll definitely be going in with my boyfriend for the next pickup order though, lol.

This place has some of the best customer service hands down out of places I’ve been plus your prices are hard too match great deals got helped by Rachel the last time there and she was terrific. Already recommend this place to my friends

Now matter how I felt when I got there they have always treated me with laughter and jokes which always cheated me up and have never steered me wrong on there knowledge

Too expensive! The same edible that commonly sells for $3 around town was sold for $6 here. That's the bottom line. Other than that: It feels like walking into a GNC; it's pretentious for a pot shop, and totally out of place given the part of town it's in. The staff, while very friendly, did not seem particularly knowledgeable about their products.
