Manny, behind the bar, is amazing. I'm new to having quite so many options and he is the MAN. Seriously I would have been lost without a little help, would have spent forever looking around. It's worth the crazy recreational donation prices around here, and the drive to the middle of nowhere from downtown. I made sure to stock up for a while while I was here. I'll be back for sure.

Its okay the customer service was a little shakey but overall knowledgeable.

Easily the most attractive, comfortable space of any of the Seattle retail stores I've visited. The place has the vibe of an upscale bar -- well-lit, clean, modern. Prices competitive. Selection good. Easy parking, safe neighborhood. And open late on weeknights.

Yo every time I come here, my boy josh hooks it up! He introduced me to my first vape pen. Now I can wake and bake first thing in bed.

While this is the only shop I have been to the product, service and atmosphere has been outstanding! I love the variety of products, the "elite green" member sales, the helpful staff and the convenient location. Looking forward to going back!

Some of the best deals I can find in Seattle. Straight forward. As long as they have the deals they have now I'll keep going. I dislike dispensaries but this one isn't as commercialized as most others I've been to.

I have been to a lot of dispensaries but this one is the one I keep going back to I'm an Artizen fan and G &G has such a wide variety of Artizen flower I always leave happy The budtenders are helpful and polite every time and everyone of them! Keep up the great work Grass & Glass your service is greatly appreciated

Open and simplistic. Glass counters display product nicely with easy to read prices and lab results displayed openly. A convenient TV is mounted to display daily deals for customers while they wait on a budtender. Mixed experiences between the budtenders at this location over the last month. Most recent visit was outstanding. I feel like I learned something and got a great product. Nice shop, glass selection is limited. Would not suggest if looking for unique pieces.

I’ve been shopping here for awhile, however, the other night I came in and was assisted by an employee named Trey. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable of the products they carry. I told him how much money I had and what I was looking to purchase and he really maximized how much I got for my money with his suggestions which I found out later were great buys also. I have recommended this place several times and will continue to do so.

I absolutely love the people. Im here sometimes twice a day. Customer service is a very big deal to me as I am in customer service as well. I love coming here spend about 15 minutes talking to everyone. In addition they are all very knowledgeable in the products they carry and can give me firm positive recommendations!

I come here at least once a week for their 60$ halves. Great service. Bomb dro. Close to home. Can't ask for much more than that. A++++
