Carl was recently very very helpful in assisting me with a few issues I had with my previous order. ADDITIONALLY, I have never had any problems with Grassdoor I’ve been using them for 2+ years and this was the first minor issue I had. Grassdoor is super easy to order from, I love that they come to my door. The taxes/ fees are pretty high but usually comes out cheaper than the other place I was going to. Customer service is helpful both Sammy and Joel helped me out when my order was wrong and got it taken care of quickly. Good products and quick delivery

Ordering from this site is wonderful. the prices are perfect and the drivers are even better. they are super polite and often very funny. I love how easy it is to choose items. unlike many other sites, there are accurate and very well detailed descriptions of the products. one of their customer service reps Kaycee is really awesome. she is super helpful and patient. She is also one of the main reasons I am so happy with the services provided from Glassdoor.

A lot of times you need a simple solution in today's complex modern world. Buying or ordering cannabis should be simple, not confusing, and affordable. Grassdoor is the only option that is quick and easy and allows for what you'll burn later to be on the backburner until you can be ready to order, followed by shortly enjoying their offerings. No stress just ease.

Long time customer. Had a lot of trouble with Black Friday order. Reached out the next day for resolution but agent was not helpful. Reached out again on Live chat and connected with Wayne....I was seriously about to write Grassdoor off because of a few recent ordering issues including this one (i literally spent 3 hrs with grassdoor getting the issue resolved) ....but Wayne was able to save the day. He went above and beyond and resolved the issue when others were not able to. Big ups to Wayne!!!
