Grassdoor - Delivery

First time buyer ordered 1oz of strawberry cheesecake thc at 35% I get it delivered I open it and it doesn’t even smell like real weed this place is probably selling fake weed consumed some of it and didn’t get high at all I definitely don’t recommend this place it’s a scam. Ridiculous don’t order.

I have always gotten great products from Grassdoor and the drivers have always been super nice and friendly. I had an issue with a defective vape cartridge and Sammy was able to help me get it sorted quickly and easily. Will absolutely keep using Grassdoor. Thanks for the great service!

I've had a great experience so far delivery is always on time or earlier there is always deals or promotions for new and existing members. Customer service is always willing to help like Scott who helped me with an issue with my order

Nothing but good things to say about these folks. I don't use any other service. The prices are fair, delivery is quick, drivers are professional. I always have good experiences with the customer service as well. I had an issue with a wallet credit and the customer service agent Sam helped me out very promptly.

Long time customer. Had a lot of trouble with Black Friday order. Reached out the next day for resolution but agent was not helpful. Reached out again on Live chat and connected with Wayne....I was seriously about to write Grassdoor off because of a few recent ordering issues including this one (i literally spent 3 hrs with grassdoor getting the issue resolved) ....but Wayne was able to save the day. He went above and beyond and resolved the issue when others were not able to. Big ups to Wayne!!!

I had a though time getting my order delivered and Sammy from customer helped me getting the order delivered as soon as possible. Satisfied with the interaction. Deliveries have been late lately but they compensate it. Hopefully this issue is resolved soon.

Overall I would say Grassdoor is reliable. I wish the taxes on everything weren't so high, but hey, it's Cali so what can I do haha. My favorite aspect about grassdoor is honestly the customer service, they are quick, efficient and informative which can be rare with businesses like these. Anyways, all in all I like this site.
