I’ve used you guys three times and I really like you! Service is usually awesome. Ryan goes out of his way to point out specials. I missed out on one today though. BOGO. I stupidly put 5 items in my cart when I was entitled to 6. Jean didn’t point it out to me, either. So I lost out on a super deal. I should have been more careful. I had problems with the app and ordering for several days and was just so happy to finally get through, that I just wasn’t careful. I've been very happy with this service. From the ease of navigating the site and ordering, to communication along the way, to their super friendly drivers, this is far and away the best delivery company in Arizona. There are many of us that truly do need cannabis as medicine, and because of disability, I'm rarely able to drive. I've tried other services but was disappointed with price, speed, and quality. Recently wrote a review about the service. Although I was unsatisfied with the service the first time, grassp followed up with me and gave me a promo code. I was not expecting that; I was expecting for a phone call (to get the bottom of it and just prevent others from getting a bad cart) but was surprised by their response. I decided to give them another try. Although the service was quite slow at first, I am satisfied with their help.
