The people that work here have wonderful customer service, they're very kind and helpful. The strains make me feel tense sometimes, but still give a good high.

Great selection of product, and staff are always quite pleasant to work with. HOWEVER, it has gone downhill...I have been coming to this site since it was opened. It was grand! They built their customer base with good prices, and then started marketing....raised prices on the "bonus bags" 3 times now. Quality has slightly gone down. They advertise on the billboard specials, but when you go in, they give you the fine print. That say those are medical prices, but rec is where the profit is. They text me "deals" and go in, and they are not available. I literally pulled up their site and showed them. They said that is confusing. Oh well. Oh well is right. Oh well. I will let others know of the deceitful marketing . Been coming for quite sometime. Prob not anymore, bonus bags are not that great of a draw anymore, and last three times I went in for a special, was not available.

From the 1st time I went here, I felt like"this is how I would run one of these". The staff is incredibly polite and helpful. Today, I was there when Rachel and her co-worker had to deal with 2 guys trying to pull something. I was quite impressed with their professionalism and diplomacy in dealing with these 2 characters. They certainly showed much more restraint than I could have. This is the only place I buy from.

Very knowledgeable staff members I dealt with. Very friendly and inviting. Clearly trying to set themselves apart with such a nice facility. They've definitely swept out the ick of the trashy strip joint that was the previous resident of this building and failed bars of years gone by. Love that they're open late as well.
