Green Dragon - Fort Collins (REC)

When one makes an order, gets a price on an order, then one shows up with said price on an order, one is generally not happy finding out said price jumps up upon arrival. It is bad business. This was my first bad experience with this business.

I've been going to Choice since shortly after they opened for recreational. I've also visited the other rec shops in the area. Is it as fancy as Organic Alternatives? No. Does that matter? Not in the least. They have great buds and I love the people. They're friendly and knowledgable and it's always interesting to see how well they handle the different customers they get. I've seen them hand hold people through their first bud decisions and quickly and efficiently help those who don't want to talk, just get their buds and go. Not only that but they seem to have a pretty low turnover, which is great. Experience and familiarity. Thanks!

Prices were too high, but other than that great place.

My first experience and I paid wayyy too much here. The quality is very good. I bought Bruce Banner here and again downtown Denver. There is a huge difference. Take your time when shopping and check prices. After a week in CO I found a great shop in Boulder. Quality is fine here but watch your wallet. They aren’t afraid to rip you off if you don’t know what you are doing. Much better experiences elsewhere. All in all Colorado weed scene is very far behind Las Vegas. The variety and quality in Vegas is much better and the shop was top notch. I spent a week in both cities. It’s nice to have friendly bud tenders.

I've been to this shop a few times now. The staff is always nice & helpful, I'm pretty sure I've always had same budtender when I go. I've never had a bad stain from here. Sometimes the wait is a little much but if you get there kinda early you can get in & out pretty quick.

We're from another state and this was our first time ever visiting a dispensary. Wow, what a great experience. Our budtender, Grant, was a godsend. He was very knowledgeable and helped my husband select a product that has helped him sleep and relax. We had a great time and left with excellent weed at a great price.

I was very excited to find out I had a rec store in my neighbourhood and Choice has lived up to what I wanted. So far I've tried four strains from this place. They seem to have good genetics unlike many places I've been to. It's nice to be able to get strains you've heard of. Service is really friendly and quick. This is the sixth dispensary I've been to in Denver, Garden and Fort Collins. So far these guys have the best stuff.

Out of my way but worth going to. My boyfriend can tell when we're smoking something from a different dispensary. Make the boyfriend happy and go here;)

What an experience! I have had a hard time finding a good dispensary since I just moved here but wow does Choice Organics impress! They have beyond quality bud and I have been treated even better. I cannot wait to tell more people about this place. THANK YOU

First off, the bud tenders here were fantastic. No complaints from a costumer service point of view. But after shopping with Choice Organics since legalization, I won't be coming back too this location anytime soon. After buying nearly 2 ozs at various price points, I've given up hope that Green Dragon can provide me with anything beyond bottom of the barrel quality 'Mids'. Over dry, prepackaged 8ths with no flavor and a nonexistant high that just transitions into a shitty headache in about an hour. Sad to see Choice get replaced by this. Cannot speak on concentrate or distillate selection, as I have not re-upped on those since before the store changed hands. IMO, your time and money are better spent elsewhere.

This is a great shop! High quality bud with friendly, knowledgeable staff! They have a number system that helps keep things organized, especially when it gets busy. I'll definitely be back next time I'm up north!

The best dispensary!! The only one I go to!! They have the best prices, the best bid tenders and their product is always the best tasting and looking!

This was a very different experience compared to my previous experiences at dispensaries. The businesses that I've been to before have always had security guards at the entrance, which made things a bit uncomfortable. This place had a minimal amount of security, but not something overwhelming making you feel like you're doing something wrong. It seemed like entering a medical office, except that when you walk in the door, you are instructed by a picture on the wall that left is for recreation and right is for medicinal. They have a very limited amount of edibles...as in only capsules that you can take before a meal...no brownies, cookies, candies, etc... If you like, you may email your opinion on edibles to bocc@co.larimer.co.us The donations are $20/gram or $60/eighth. When I went, they had a far better selection than the places I have been in Boulder/Denver. Overall, good experience; however, I look forward to others entering the marketplace so the prices are more competitive.

I've been visiting here for about 2 months i buy the 60 dollar half oz but i noticed a large amount of stems. So i tracked it i go once aweek in that every half oz i bought was filled with at least 3.5 to 4 grams of just stems. And of course human hair. I went and spoke to a manger she was not so polite. She explained that the sale is on there trimmings or some such nonsense, and that i should be happy with the price. When i asked her about the human hair she said she had never heard that complaint, so i must have been lying. Or at least that's how she made me feel. I mean come on 2 valid complaints about there product and the manager not only blew me off but made me feel like she just didn't care. So here i am stuck going to a place with poor management and questionable product just because the sell half oz cheap. If i was the owner i would try and fix this problem both with there management team and there budtenders should probably wear hats. I will unfortunately still frequent this establishment due to consistently having questionable cheap half oz.

I have been to Choice Organics many times, but I recently had a expenience with there bud-tender Chad. He was so nice and very helpful. He had some great suggestion and really knew what he was talking about. I took him up on some of his suggestions and they were awsome. Chad was super friendly and kind. He made my experience great and I will be back for sure. If you go to Choice Organics, I hope you will have Chad as your bud-tender. He will have some great suggestions for you. This is probably my favorite dispensary within 50 miles of me. They always have what I want. Although sometimes I could use a little less attitude from the budtenders, overall I keep coming back.
