Greenlight - Spokane

I've always been 420 friendly toward smokers, but didn't start imbibing myself until pot became legal. (Yeah, I signed the petition). My son took me to a few locations cuz I was '420 curious', ultimately he recommended Green Light. I couldn't agree more. Seriously, this place is the ONLY place to get your 'goodies'. Amazing Budtenders, very customer service oriented and good product for the $. Every single pot shop in town (and surrounding areas) could learn a little from this place. It's not all fancy, with cushy chairs and furnishing, those aren't the things that consumers of this product want (we have those at home). We want fast friendly service and good buds. Green Light delivers!!!

My favourite store. The staff are so helpful and knowledgeable. They recognise and remember me each time and always take the time to answer any questions about new products or comparisons. Excellent selection, too.

Best pot shop in all of Spokane. The employees are super knowledgeable and super friendly. They will answer any questions you have and they'll make sure you leave happy and with the right product for you. Don't even get me started on the prices, they constantly have sales on everything from their bud, to pre-rolls, concentrates and edibles. They always have the best and most varied selection of strains. Overall, if you've never been to Green Light you need to go, you won't regret it. STAY HIGH!

I have been going to the store for quite some time. The staff is so patient and knowledgeable and absolutely understanding . You have Mojo who is full of life and spunk. And you have Mama Wendy who's seems to have a 6 sense to know when you're not feeling well. I am severely anemic. To the point that where if I don't get blood regularly when my counts down my body starts to shut down to die. I hurt. I needed some relief. Mama Wendy helped me and she didn't care that I didn't have have any money left over for a tip. Then she asked if she could pray for me. She held my hands. And prayed. That day was a really grateful day. Thank Mama Wendy 😘

Jordan is great. Knows his terps, is up on the inventory of the store, never gets in a hurry no matter how many questions I ask. Great service. Everyone in the store is great but he takes the cake.

Thanks to a terrible budtender and extremely old product on the shelf, my wife and I will stop buying at Green Light. My wife's experiences have been getting worse going into GL for the last few months, so yesterday I decided I would see for myself. The budtender assisting me wasn't able to speak in any specific way about strains she showed me beyond saying "it smokes real nice" and everything I was shown was over a year old. At one point I was shown a strain harvested in 2017! Any smoke that old is going to be harsh and certainly won't "smoke nice." Only after I asked for a specific strain was I directed toward the case that clearly had the newer product where the budtender then pulled a very deceptive practice. I was shown buds from a jar that was clearly known to have the pretty buds but when I asked to buy a larger quantity was not shown any of the 6 jars on the shelf. The budtender had grabbed likely the oldest jar of that strain and had it bagged in seconds. Customers shouldn't have to ask the budtender to pull multiple jars to pick which buds they want to drop their money on, its really common sense unless there is only one jar left to buy. The feeling I walked away with is this staff will push the very old product to hopefully get rid of it on unsuspecting smokers and can't speak in any meaningful way to the benefits of any strain. We have rewards built up for a 20% off discount with the next purchase and I doubt we'll use it after this last visit.

I’m somewhat of a novice cannabis user; I’ve been smoking for the last couple of years casually, but have begun to use marijuana more frequently as a way to help with anxiety as well as chronic pain management. I still get overwhelmed sometimes when I go into a shop and ask to try a new strain or see what the specials are that day; but everything has changed since making Green Light my regular dispensary. Every single bud tender is knowledgeable and friendly, but Hannah is the absolute expert - not only when it comes to all things weed, but also with her extraordinary customer service skills. I have never been into a dispensary where I felt so comfortable, invited, and left feeling confident that my purchase was the right one for me. Even when Green Light is busy, you get specialized attention from your budtender and they always want you to leave feeling more than satisfied with your experience. Thank you so much, guys. There’s no other shop in Spokane for me now. 💚

Great selection and service! I really appreciated their knowledgeable, friendly, and relaxed style of customer service. Their product packaging was really impressive also. I got some Golden Pineapple, which came in a glass jar w/ graphics of Pineapples and the name of the strain in bold lettering. I liked that the product was available up front to see, smell, etc. too. Their prices are pretty reasonable for rec too. I scored a gram of top-notch Sativa for $20 even after tax. I'll be back for sure!👍

Ther store has a nice selection, however the online menu does not match the store inventory. I can't order strains that I like online which takes away from the online ordering discount.

Mike is the goat! This dude deserves a big raise. He helps me out all the time and every time I leave happier than when I came in. Knowledgeable, friendly, & provides a great experience everytime I come in. Couldn’t recommend this guy and store enough.

I can't say enough good things about the staff at this store. It doesn't matter if you are new to marijuana or have been consuming your entire life, this is the place to go.
