I asked a question about their preroll deals and was told by the bud tender, that the preroll I wanted was included in the deal, since it was in the list. When I checked out, I was told that the very same preroll I asked about was not in the bundle. When I questioned the tender and asked why wasn’t this information brought up in the beginning, when I asked and was trying to clarify; I was met with being told that I need to calm down and lose my attitude by the manager. I won’t deny that I was frustrated, but to be told that I needed to calm down for asking questions to figure out what went wrong was uncalled for. If you have a communication disability (or medical card) I would advise to STAY AWAY from this place. They want you to be happy even if you’re frustrated. I did try to take a step back and ask why more calmly I was met with more problems rather than answers. So I picked the rest of my stuff, paid for my things and left. I did return to talk to the manager and ask why he thought he needed to act in such a manner when; yes I was frustrated but I was genuinely wondering what was going on and truly asking for clarification.
