The location is incredibly convenient, the staff is friendly and professional, the place is gorgeous and very clean and organized, the budtenders are super helpful with products even when they’re still learning. My only complaint is it being cash only right now, medical weed is expensive and the 3 dollar atm charge every time adds up. Haha. They also update their site incredibly quickly so it’s always easy/accurate to see what they have in stock to pick up. This will be a place I frequent for sure.

This is my go to dispensary! Everyone that I've encountered here are very nice. Great customer service! Their rewards program is great and I swear I get a discount every other time I'm here! Good variety of products. The inventory gets better and better too!

Asked the woman about getting something super tasty? She was knowledgeable and very helpful, pointed out two strains I’ve wanted to try and another that she really liked. Got all three and she was spot i On! First class funk is delicious!

Besides my review on Google now being deleted? Alright lets do leafy where they cannot control this. Their website is always off THC content for products. Which can be aggravating when u like to have an idea of what u want before you go. On top of that I went in and saw a sign saying"be patient we are understaffed." My applications been in since Sept 2021. When you use your card they take 3 dollars but they don't tell you that by rounding up and giving you change causes you an ATM fee so your real charge 4.50 for using a card. Now to today's visit: The matrix was down at 330 then I went homewaited for a call for it to come back up. 20 minutes later I am in the store and about to check out and it goes down again. I was asked if I wanted to wait or be called again. So i can run home and drive back up here to have to turn around empty handed? On top of the prior experiences... I dont recommend unless you have no other option.

The staff were very friendly and courteous. The person who assisted me was very knowledgeable and a huge help. I will go back again and am recommending it to my friends.

This dispensary always has what I am looking for, worth the extra drive.

Subpar offerings of flower, very similar to 3SD, no Illicit which is a real bummer. Good edibles selection including drinks. Friendly budtender but no security guard which is weird. Won’t be back because Greenlight and From The Earth in Independence both offer way better flower. Too far from Blue Springs unless I want drinks and can’t find them. C+ as a lot could improve (iPad style menu, artwork in lobby, security). Cookie-cutter at best.

When I called before I went, the guy answering the phone couldn’t answer any of my questions with a strait answer. It was dead in the waiting room, so it was a very quiet atmosphere when I arrived and went right in. I would say one problem is this dispensary chain doesn’t offer deals that draw customers in. For example: 10-20% flower or concentrate days each week. In-store, unadvertised deals win my return business. The loyalty program is pretty typical. $5 off for every $100 spent on a future purchase. They have a decent selection of higher end products. My bud tender did have a couple interesting tidbits of knowledge I had not heard before. Bottom line? It’s an ok shop if you want something, you don’t have time to shop around to save money and you’re close.

Loved the bud tenders and felt very welcomed,However I highly dislike and am disappointed in the prices that the manufacturers are having the dispensarys sell products at such inflated prices. ie:Cartridges for just .5ml are 70-$80.I never smoked but sue to pain and PTSD, I decided to get my card so I could get off meds I’m dependent on(not addicted) dependent big difference. Anyway plus meds were $41. Now for an 1/8 of natural medicine I’m finished with it in a couple days yet can’t afford a half oz at those prices. So I’m forced to take addictive medicine that can kill me if stopping suddenly. I don’t blame this dispensary they’re awesome but what does someone in my shoes do? 10% off is of no help at all Ifthe prices stay the way they are this year when most of us would renew our cards, won’t be renewing and either go back to their narcotic pushing Dr or get it off the street which I don’t trust. Hopefully more will agree with me and we can get together in KC and petition someone or organizations about how this is not just affecting us adversely but because of greed it will eventually Make us that don’t break the law in positions where we haven’t a choice but to break it by going to someone or like I said back on harmful pills.

Do not go to this place, they will double charge you and hold your money hostage for a month and make you bring in a bank statement to get you money back. Double charging and holding money hostage is no way to do business.
