I hate the customer service and think the bud does not match the price. there is a way to make pot affordable for the people. I can't wait to not have to go to his despensary and get some good old fashioned kind bud back at home. I hope they figure out the customer service with the move. Denver native.

They have a brand new fancy shop. Still have a dirty gravel parking lot. Its totally true what everyone said about their prices going up. I normally go to the prosser shop by the highway but I thought I'd give their new shop a try. Still stood in line fore 30+ minutes and I left with a joint. Drove back to the shop off the highway in prosser. Never ever coming back here.

This location has multiple problems . first would be there parking lot. the whole area is very bumpy and full of holes. second there staff. they seem to lack the ability to keep there attention on one person. I went it and was being helped they stopped doing that and ran to hug a co worker .?? very unprofessional and lastly there prices. 60 a 8th is outrageous. and there 60 to 70 per gram oil is too much . so many problems they need to fix.

I moved to Spokane and I can't believe I used to pay this much for oil crazy ..this place has no deals and it's the only dispensary meaning they control the market & prices it's a rip off .. I pay 25 for the same shit they have here for 60 SMH yeah in tri cities weed is like 4 times more expensive

I have always had a pretty good experience here, I come here at least once a week. Tonight’s experience has completely changed my feelings about this place. Drove all the way out there after a long day of work, got to the door at 9:57. I don’t usually come this late but there was a counter full of people still waiting and purchasing, the open sign was on. I walked up to the door and it was locked, and I made eye contact with an employee that gave a very annoyed look through the glass and motioned the number “10” at me and proceeded to ignore me while helping the other customers. Green2go is not a close destination, so this was especially unpleasant to say the least.

Absolutely livid. If you're going to charge an arm, and a leg for bud/oil then get products that actually work. Paying $40 for a cartridge that breaks after hitting it a few times but over the 48 hr return time is fucking ridiculous. Can't exchange or get a refund so I'm stuck with a useless piece of crap. G2g is seriously gone to shit.

I want to love this shop. They have some seriously DANK product on hand (the ECC terp sugar is some of the best smelling concentrate I've encountered) and their prices are great, HOWEVER, there is a trade off... The wait. This is tri cities only dispensary and it is TINY. The building couldn't be all that much bigger than a such bros, and I have yet to make a visit that isn't preceded by a huge line and a 30 min wait. Their parking lot is HUGE and almost always packed. And then there is the atmosphere inside.... think DMV weed shop. Seriously. You take a ticket and wait. The budtenders are great, always friendly, but the tiny building coupled with the massive amount of customers they get makes it hard to justify going here. The product is good, but not good enough to justify waiting outside in the heat for 30min to buy a gram of wax or bud.... just not for me

Wish it was closer, and bigger very uncomfortable standing outside on line sometimes!

im a medical marijuana patient who uses cbd & thc to control my epilepsy. its a shame you guys had to raise your prices so high..i will no longer be able to afford my medication...

Some employees don't know a god damn thing about what they are selling. Community is right prices suck over all this place went down hill fast. Was much better during the medical days

Shop here quite regularly and the service is usually okay, but tonight I successfully reserved an order online of a gram of concentrate from Dank Czar and received text confirmation that it was ready for pickup, 40 miles later I get to Green2Go and am told they don't have any of that left and nothing comparable. They showed me an $68 gram of rosin. Hard pass. I ended up walking out quite unhappy with a gram of GG4 silver label from Columbia Concentrates because I figured I had to get something. I think they need to be more diligent it ensuring their online menu is correct when ordering. And just maybe be kind and offer a small discount or something when you fuck up.. my 2 cents

Green to go had a different percentage bud then was on the menus when I got an oz from there and it was terribly trimmed, I will never go there again.

Not only did they recently raise their prices due to higher tax laws (I checked with other weed shops around Washington and their prices were not raised on the exact same products, Columbia Concentrates to be specific) but this shop will also give out their personally made coupons on their personally made app and when you go in to redeem it, you're told they don't accept them. So in short, they're overpriced, run an absolute monopoly, and don't even acknowledge their own coupons. Unfortunately this is the only choice for a lot of people in this area and I think that's taken full advantage of.

WARNING** Make sure you look at what you are buying, before the bud tender puts it in the bag and staples it!!!!!! They riped me off!!!! I went in and asked for a specific "STRAIN" by a specific "COMPANY and BRAND" and I was given a cheaper brand that I do not like, with a way lower THC level... I spent $90 on crap pot!!!!! When I knew exactly what I wanted!!! When I called to try are explain the issue, and exchange the UNOPENED "flower" that I had just purchased not even 10 mins before, And I was told that they can't exchange it... Im pissed!!!! I spend alot of money here and have been a tipping customers since this shop has opened!!!! I am also I licensed medical marijuana patient. I never want to give this place my money ever again!!!! They are sneaky and think people don't know what they are buying or looking for, and they will give you the cheap pot, but still charge for the top shelf pot. So again, always ask to see the product 1st, so they don't scam you too.

what's up with the jump in prices? Refine was $60 a gram...Now $72 a gram? come on now

My first experience began with a very professionally dressed and courteous delivery man named Steve who was 4 minutes early and on point. He had a vast knowledge of all his product options, much of which I vetted here on Leafly. Didn't skip a beat. I purchased a gram each of my four favorites from among his (plentiful!) options to sample. I will be adding them to my new Leafly journal in time, but for now I'll just say that this is the best quality medicine/selection/service I have found in Eastern Washington. Oh. He also gave me a free friggin 1/8th for being a new patient. Can't beat it.

Got what seemed like the red carpet treatment when I signed up, and my followup delivery the next day was on time and perfect. Pretty good track record so far!

Nice place .. vendor days needs help on getting the product of that vendor there for the sale.. need more Oz sales.. and more qts of high THC .. MORE GROWER OPTIONS.. Walla walla is not that far if I can get what I want in 40min drive and ritzville has great deals..

We stopped by again last night! We are on fan mode, we will drive from Walla Walla for this place! No place around this side compares. Caitlynn was our server last night and she was friendly and didn't rush us like all the negative reviews have stated. She recommended the marmas and a couple cbd edibles for my dad. Thank you guys for being so professional, most professional staff at a pot shop.

First time there a couple Sundays ago, late night. Seems like a nice place with nice staff. The line was smooth. Our "budtender" Jason was very nice. Hooked my girl up with some smokable pot that she seems to enjoy. But I got some green tea for $40 bucks (after a veteran's discount which is cool of them) that hasn't had any affect on me what-so-ever. I've tried making it all sorts of ways with/without different creamers/fatty milks and I don't feel a thing, though he said it would get me high. Basically a waste of 45 bucks. So I'm either impervious to THC or it was a bad batch, OR it's a bad product. So yeah, next time I'll ask for the strongest non-smokable stuff they have I guess and not tea. And if it doesn't work, I guess I just won't buy there anymore.

It is the worst dispensary I've ever been to. Horrible location, ridiculous prices, clueless staff, and the most unwelcoming atmosphere you can find. The owners and employees alike should be ashamed of this establishment.
