I brought in all the materials any medical dispensary needs in order to shop and was treated like a criminal because the woman at front accused my ID to belong to someone else. Simply because I have lost weight and now have a mustache. She demanded I acquire a new ID in order for her business to remain secure an for me a legal patient with all the appropriate materials on hand even my old Id a family photo an multiple cards with my name on it, an she turned me away for being offended that she accused me of using fake identification. I shop at smoke shops all the time an buy beer regularly. I even deliver medical cannabis to multiple patients from a competing service. To Tossed out ad treated like a criminal when I specifically drove there just to look is beyond me. Customer service is awful I could have easily paid for a delivery to my home, or buy from my own company. That woman is only looking out for herself. Not the patients and she proved it to me forsure. Maybe not other patients with their exact photo ID but I lost weight an put on glasses an grew a mustache. Green2go should realize people aren't always going to look the same HELLO! I'm sure they're a legitimate business. But i am a legal medical patient trying to look for cbd rich strains. Not a identity thief trying to recreationally purchase medical cannabis. Shame on that woman. Of course i would get upset. Never would I recommend or ever want to go back.

Super busy place!! Not very informative about product. Get you in and out as fast as possible. No time to ask questions about products. They are the only dispensary for miles. So they don't care about your needs.

The product is trash ever since the reopening of Green2Go. The pricing is ridiculous, there been times where the buds smells wet but is super dry & when smoke burns your throat far beyond normal, just way to harsh. I'm not a first time customer I've been a customer for 2 years now & when I first joined I would have recommended this place but no I wouldn't recommend buying flowers here. It's not just about buds tasting & smelling, when you get flowers that smell wet it makes you wonder who's growing the product are they competent? Do they know how to do the curing process? Does Green2Go care about the Cannabis community? Or just care about making that quick $$ The last thing you would want is people's health effected because of negligence.

I needed an economical buy, and tried Absolute Blue. Good herb and good and sticky, I recommend if you are needing an cheaper alternative.

G2G has been great for me. They always have a wide selection of flower and their delivery service is usually fast. Consider this a recommendation!!

Good place to get some super bomb refine.. just don't go during busy hours, you will be standing out in the hot ass sun for atleast 30 min.

Green2Go has been my go-to shop for herb. I think the Staff is pretty friendly, and it's a pretty calm atmosphere (until you get the assholes in line). I've been seeing comments about G2G not having much product recently- they're moving locations, not trying to push their old product. Once they move, they will have more in stock.

G2G has awesome service and really good meds !! Even their outdoor meds are good (all though not nearly as good looking as the indoor and donations are priced to reflect that) . I still use some of the other services out there but only because I look for certain strains and the cant carry every strain , but G2G is the best and I use them when ever possible

Location is very convenient for me (Kennewick location). The staff are ALWAYS informative, professional, and helpful without being pushy. The Menu rocks and is always promptly updated which I LOVE! Selection is VAST and chock-full of good choices. Hours are super flexible and almost wide open it seems. Tons of parking. And I truly appreciate the atmosphere where you have a friendly, accepting and orderly vibe. Love the versatility of the knowledge the staff provides you with as questions or comments come to mind when shopping. Above all, I loved the fact I've never been lead on or lied to about a product I've purchased or my husband's purchases. Would ALWAYS recommend this establishment to whomever needed a tip! Thank you Green2Go for being there for me when I needed! I suffer from kidney stones, gallbladder dysfunction, sciatic pain, restlessness, and I'm a full time hard working mom!

G2G is my go-to provider in the tri-cities. I used their delivery service, and transitioned to their walk in location. They have a good selection, and excellent service. I'm glad that they are making the effort to make it work here, despite our local politics!

More shatter please, you should order alot more maybe like 2000 lbs worth stuff is hot right now.

Love this location! It's close to my house and the staff here are very helpful and courteous. They are very knowledgeable about the products they sell.

Had my first trip here a couple days ago. Had a line (which was expected), waited 20 minutes and felt rushed by the time I actually got inside to briefly view a reader board scrolling the menu. Was very disappointed in the lack of sativa flower available but decided to go with one I hadn't heard of before and the quality was pretty ok. All in all I waited about 20-25 minutes to wait, 3-5 minutes to view the menu and order.

Everyone should have been at One Love on 7/10, G2G was giving away tons of free things and spreading tons of love, G2G has the best quality meds in town and best service and employees, keep it up! much love

I have NEVER had any issues.....until today. I encourage EVERYONE to check your bags BEFORE the driver leaves...and BEFORE you pay. I just got accustomed to my order being correct...and stopped checking. Today I was short and the driver gone. Green2Go has made it right....we are only human and mistakes happen. But, Drivers....ask the customer to check his/her bag in your presence. And people....check the contents BEFORE you pay. Other than that....Green2Go ALWAYS has the best medicine for the best prices.

Quality has taken a nose dive with these guys. High donation prices for low quality. Never again.

Very happy with this experience, very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and then some! I am very happy with the product selection for pain management.
