These people are very customer oriented. They are knowledgeable and will spend the time to help find the right strain. It’s a welcoming environment and I never feel rushed.

Warm welcoming office and staff. Large waiting room for family and friends. The "bank teller window" type service counter in dispensary room is a little weird somehow.

Staff is fantastic and very knowledgeable. Clean, chill, awesome.

I truly am grateful for the knowledge Greengate has shared with me to help with my cancer issues. Lack of sleep is one, and the crew at GG has help me with it. I’m now sleeping and getting the restorative rest I need! Thank you GREENGATE!!

Great feeling walking in by some welcoming folks and the space is very welcoming. It's great to find people that can make solid recommendations on their stock and know what it is they are recommending. They seem to work hard at having a great menu available and ordering what you want. I am very glad to have made this my dispensary.

First all you don’t hang up in nobody face when asking a question I ask about the service and who are they serving and was I told we not serving no one but medical and then hung up how rude I wanted to ask and I sign up for medical there but hung up right away thank you but no thank you

Personalized, super-friendly service. So relieved when they reopened after their brief pandemic closure. I've been to other dispensaries that are a bit fancier, but this small, intimate space and great tunes work really well for me. So many happy patients there, too -- it's a community, not just a retailer. This is my happy place. <3

I recently took a trip up to Greengate in Rogers Park Chicago After reading several reviews that mentioned how great this location was for exclusively medical cannabis users. The pre-order process via their website was streamlined easy and offered ample selection at extremely competitive pricing compared to other dispensaries on the north side of Chicago. The location has a convenient parking lot attached to the building and I was easily able to get a spot and noticed a sign for additional parking if needed making the in and out process totally stress-free. All the staff at Greengate were incredibly friendly! They informed me about how their Loyalty program works to earn back discounts on purchases and that I would be receiving 10% off as it was my first order. I ended up changing my order on-site and the staff I worked with listened to me intently and brought out several different options and discussed with me the pros and cons of each. I ended up selecting a Shelby County RSO and the medicine is just phenomenal and exactly what I asked for - they really did a great job listening to my needs and providing very thoughtful options. While I may have several closer options to choose from on the Northside when choosing my medical dispensary but I have to admit that is was worth the extra few minutes to drive to Greengate and I will definitely be coming back!
