Hands down the BEST dispensary in Maryland. The budtenders are friendly, knowledgeable, and best of all, they actually get to KNOW YOU. They remember you, your diagnoses, what types of pain you have, what terps you prefer - I’ve never had such personalized service from a budtender and I’ve been a medical patient in two different states. If you’re in Maryland and have your medical marijuana card, Greenlabs is the place to go.

The menu is so-so. The layout and design of the place is fun, including the sliding wall from the waiting room to the sales floor. The menu is so-so. The bud tenders were cute; not the most informative, or even social. First and only visit.

The location is nice and the bud tenders are extremely knowledgeable especially Libby and Le Le. I’m a loyal customer, due to the CORONaA virus, I inquired about coming in a day earlier for a 15% discount on an item I always purchase. I am in the vulnerable group. I was shocked I was denied the request. I know it’s not normal practice but we are no living in normal terms and one would think an establishment would be a little more flexible.

The sale’s associates are always super friendly and welcoming as well as super knowledgeable of the products on hand. I always leave the store with more knowledge on which brand(s) suit my needs better than not. Super chill vibes throughout the store; if you’re walking with your four-legged family member they are more than welcome inside as long as you have a leash or they can be carried. Not to forget to mention they always have a solid deal going down 👌🏻
