First off, ive been coming in from out of town and THANK YOU GreenLight for being my go to Dispensary! You all have made it a pleasure to do business with ! The selection that you have available is wonderful among your flower and concentrates.. All the bud tenders were very polite along with your front desk. They always have the right information to answer all my questions. I would recommend if you need great quality service, AND Great BUD you'll see my friends AT GREENLIGHT IN HELENA!!

Greenlight is by far my favorite dispensary in Arkansas and from now on I will ONLY be purchasing at or ordering for delivery from this store. The experience here is always above bar across the board--genuinely friendly and knowledgable staff who are patient and don't act like you're putting them out with questions or general talk, an easy-going, non-rushed environment. All of this unlike my experiences at several other dispensaries here in AR where the managers have been rude or they can't answer basic questions. And now it seems the newer dispensaries are trying to copycat Greenlight. Flattering, I'm sure, but for all of you out there who have not gone to Greenlight, there is nothing like the real thing! Some days when I go in here I'm not feeling my best and it never fails that the staff helps lightening my mood and puts me at ease. In my travels I've been to dispensaries in Colorado, Nevada, California and Oregon. Greenlight is right on par with the knowledge of the budtenders in the those established states. While prices could be better here in AR, I know that won't change until the state gets more grow facilities. As far as quality and selection of product, this dispensary puts out some of the BEST! They obviously take care of what they get from the growers (visited another dispensary in Hensley, just because I was curious, and their buds where dry and discolored...asked how old they were and they didn't even know!). I'm happy to be getting good products grown in my home state. Thank you Greenlight!

The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful. The product I purchased (flower and wax) are amazing. The price is fair and I’m sure it’ll get better with time. I HIGHLY recommend this dispensary if you’re able to make it. If not, ask about delivery to you! 10/10 from me!

Was great first 2 times driving over 2 hours both ways to get there very nice and had everything I wanted most times but last few not so .i called today about my upcoming 39 dollars delivery that was filled yesterday witch had already called to change one of my flowers now that they are running a special on some of my flower that had already been filled they took it out to so canceled my order over 300 dollars if can’t get what you want might as well wait

While I have not visited the store front, I have had deliveries, and I have been blown away with the ease and the customer service. Greg and Terrance delivered my order today, and more professional, genial, fun personnel I have not met at any other dispensaries. Greg also helped iron out some issues with my order yesterday, and I cannot say enough positive about these gentlemen. Greenlight is the way to go...even in Jonesboro, AR! Keep up the great service.

I have been shopping for greenlight for half a year now and they are amazing. The have high quality weed in so many different styles. They offer delivery too which is great since I live over an hr away from them. Also, the people that work there are amazing. They are very knowledgeable about the product and are genuinely nice. I highly recommend this place

After being a loyal customer since opening I am beginning to look elsewhere. Just drove two hours for commerce city kush, get home and I have freakin cookies and cream. Outstanding. I also could not use the 42$ I have accrued Through loyalty rewards toward my purchase Because I already get the veterans discount which is awesome. Greenlight is weird now.

Placed an order 5 days in advance. Found out that they forgoty order and wouldn't bring it until the following day. Had been a loyal customer but no longer will use this dispensary. It shows how much they care about there patients.
