Greenpharms is the first dispensary that I've been to ever. My experience was amazing. I didn't know much about anything but Mathew was very sweet, answered all of my questions and helped me find exactly what I needed. The place was like a boutique and the atmosphere was very calm and relaxing. This will be the only dispensary that I will go to if given the choice.

This is a very busy location but they are great. The budtender was knowledgeable about the available strains and spent the time I needed to explain. I didn't feel rushed at all, even with a packed waiting room. once I had a chance to try my new goodies, I am very happy! I will return

The shop has a open friendly enviroment with a selection of 35-40 different strains of flower and concentrate. They have the best selection and variety of edibles on the east side hands down with cbd products for you and your pets. The staff is honest and doesn't try to push overstocked products but listens and helps try to find what fits your needs. Definitely worth the trip.

this place was amazing. the security guard was mad friendly and had me laughing my whole wait. Staff is fantastic. reception staff gave us all in the lobby a nice new piece for the inconvenience of an extra wait. I came back with a rather large order and my bud tender Garrett was nothing less than exceptional he and another agent worked together to get my.order put together quickly and properly. amazing. absolutely recommend.

The FTP deal advertises buy a 1/4 get a quarter but they charge you for 2 1/8ths. So it ends up being a little more than what you expect to pay from what they advertise. Still a good deal though. I had 2 bud tenders helping me at the same time which was irritating they were both talking over each other and couldn't agree if khalifa kush was an indica or sativa hybrid. One of them was selling too hard trying to push some transdermal patches on me. I felt rushed through the entire visit. I left with less flower than what I planned on buying. They just kept shoving bud in my face one after another really not giving me much time to decide. Haven't tried the flower i got yet but based on the customer service I won't be returning here. It's a good FTP deal! After that no..... they need to relax.

I want to like this place so bad, but the flower is nothing to write home about. Loose as a goose nugs that are so leafy. Nothing really dense and dank. The name of the strains were right, but looks were off. Everything else was great! the bud tenders are very cool and they have tons of concentrates to choose from. Would go here for everything but flower.

I needed some help for my epmileptic dog, hesitant on the meds for animals but works incredibly on my way to pick some more up right now thanks guys for Help on getting my pup back to being a pup!!

horrible service workers look sick and unprofessional their menu is always wrong bottom of the bottom for dispensaries about as bad as bloom

Worst place ever I wouldn’t come here if I was you.. Hate I made this trip for nothing they don’t honor prices listed online.

Seriously disappointed. Was in on Monday, (5 days ago) with my husband and it was okay, didn't need "two budtenders". Went in today, and was checked in and asked if we would be going back together. We said "yes" and I asked "Is that okay?" Girl at the front desk says "yes, not a problem" ... waited nearly a HALF HOUR to be called back, then get told, we can't go together, or we'll have to wait even longer. Apparently in 5 days, their policy has changed, and nowhere is it posted, nor were we told when we ASKED if it was okay. Kevin the manager, had no problem "watching" a group before us as the "second budtender" but, for my husband and I, he couldn't do that. He was "too busy, under staffed," and a handful of other excuses. REALLY poor management skills and apparently scheduling issues is too. REALLY sucks I would have had to wait who knows how much longer, or (what we had to do because waiting on those uncomfortable chairs any longer was not an option, I am a patient for pain issues after all) not knowing what I'm gonna get/having no say. Pretty. Freaking. Crappy. All I gotta say. Now I know why all my friends have stopped going to the Pharm. I didn't understand, but now, I get it.
