Brutal. They aren’t prepared for the promotions they run. In that multiple employees were unaware of the monthly promotion they were advertising. So a month long promo and its mid March and they haven’t been honoring it. Then when you get them to figure it all out, they put your phone order in as you show up. So you just wait in the entry room because they aren’t able to handle the demand as fast as it’s coming in. Pretty much defeating any purpose a phone order would have.

Amazing dispensary great products

When I checked in, it was busy, but I let the front desk clerk know I was a Leafly pickup. After taking two walk-ins that came after me, I finally asked why I was skipped. She then stopped what she was doing and grabbed my order and I was on my way. The flower I purchased was extremely dry and full of stems, I feel like I wasted my money. I am so disappointed and will not be returning in the future.
