Employees need more medical knowledge

I usually visit the Flagstaff location as this is a bit out of my way. I received good service and like the deli style offerings.

You’re family! Been a loyal patient for years. The kindness and fun. Was afraid the last 2 times I went, tho. I left confused, agitated and rushed. Like I was bothering them with any question. Especially about letting your customers know what medicine is being sold. If we don’t know the %, grower, anything... plz. Love you & am coming back. Hope you listen. I’d buy flower from you if I knew anything about it. 💜💜 SC

I actually really love this dispensary. They always have a plethora of the items I need, their staff is always kind and knowledgeable. I haven't felt rushed, or like I'm imposing on the budtender with all my questions (I'm a novice). I'm never made to feel bad about purchasing only a gram of different strains I want to TRY before I commit to a larger amount of flower (I have felt this way at other dispensaries). They always have many different flavors, and strains of the Baked Bro's edibles. I do wish they carried Dream Steam here though! My only complaint would be the atmosphere, it's always so busy and buzzing and loud in the waiting area. I like the waiting area at Harvest of Tempe- much more relaxed and quiet. But I find myself going back time and time again, and I've been very pleased each time!

Nice clean place. Was really busy when I went. Wait was 45 minutes, but was given a $1.00 pipe for my wait. Like the deli style service. However you can't tell a difference between their "top shelf" and their "bottom shelf". Prices are cheap, and the quality reflects that. Under dried and not cured properly. Most smelled like alfalfa. Great first time patient special, but I didn't even take full advantage of it because the quality wasn't even worth my money. Way better buds for the same price at other dispos. Really disappointed in the quality of the flower.

Nice, knowledge and helpful. Not pushy and fast service. This was my first time so I was a bit nervous not knowing what to expect. I suffer greatly from inflammation and chronic pain. The budtender took great care of me made suggestions, she doubled checked what I was looking would fit my needs. The only bummer is the less expensive Pennywise wasn't trimmed great, she took out of lot of the stems before weighing but still trimmed very poorly. The first time deal was great allowed me to try some different strains.

I love going to green Pharms the prices are great and the weed is just as great. The people are wonderful and very helpful.

I stopped by here for the first time with high hopes. Love the interior wood work. The new patient special is a great value, but buyer beware. As was explained by the bud tender, "Price has nothing to do with quality here." This place's own grown strains are light, airy and overly dry. The top shelf blackberry kush was extremely disappointing. The god bud was okay for bottom shelf. But then the god bud grown by another dispensary. Overall I was not very satisfied with my purchase. I am not sure if I would go either. On the plus side the staff is friendly.

there product there business tactics all garbage. was there yesterday they had a special advertised online and in thete waiting room. but would not honor it when i went back to make my purchase. very disappointed. i will not be returning to this location

Another dispensary in my city! I went here on their Grand Opening and loved it. Great customer service and the prices are amazing as is the bud, I really have been enjoying the Monkey Grape strain!

If you don’t tell them what you are looking for you won’t get what you need . Trust these guys , shout out to management also thanks for all the great strains and deals

I ordered 2 boxes of Wyld elderberry gummies the CBD variety without thc and I was given 2 boxes of the wyld cannabis infused gummies!!! I don’t know if I can exchange them for what I ordered?

Love green pharms. Best budtenders are very knowledgeable. There products are the best I have found.

My son Timmy started bringing me here a long time ago and we both fell in love with the place even though he doesn't work there anymore he still loves to bring me back!!!
