This was my first ever visit as a new patient to a dispensary and Matthew my personal budtender made that experience excellent! I might add they have daily specials and one heck of a deal for first time new patients!!! I was a little nervous going in and he was so helpful and friendly with helping me make selections that would help with my knee arthritis pain! What a selection!! Topical creams to edibles to the most beautiful flowers I've seen! I felt very knowledgeable and excited leaving with my own personal backpack of goodies! This location was full of very friendly people and the dispensary was bright, clean and an overall cheery feeling! Thanks for welcoming me with care....I am proud to say I'm a Green Pfarmer happy camper! Say goodbye to 12 Ibuprofen a day and prescription pain medication!

I too have found curbside/pickup service to be unpleasant. Interacting with the bud tenders was a big part of what I used to like here and I tipped based on that experience. The man who met me at the curb was not particularly friendly and then got a little rude when I didn’t give the whole $15 in my hand as a tip. I’m sorry, but he wants a big tip for walking out the door and back twice?

menu is incorrect. got shatter marked as indica off the online menu get home and its sativa went back o sorry no returns no exchanges and were all out. never coming back fix your menu you literally have wrong pictures for things not the first time either.

I’ve been a Greenpharms patient for quite some time. There was a time I would have told you that dispensaries just don’t get any better. However due to traveling a back-and-forth to California, I let my Arizona MMJ card lapse last August (2019). In early June of this year I renewed my MMJ card, and could not wait to get back to the Pharm. Now, I understand that we are in the midst of COVID-19. However, nothing is the same at Greenpharms. The atmosphere, the staff, the family feel, and the quality of bud, have all declined. This review site will not allow me to post photographs, but I took some on my last two visits of the flower that I received. Buds were barely above crumbs. My medicine was put into a used bottle, it’s still had remnants of someone else’s label, there were no pieces missing off of any of my labels. Because I’ve loved them for so long, I’ve still been hanging on in spite of the lack of personable service and current poor quality flower. Hoping that they’re just having a rough month... But I went in today to pick up an order. Understand, I drive clear across town to go to the Pharm. so today, thinking that I would take care of two chores at once, I stopped in on my way back from taking my little 4 1/2 pound dog to the vet. My little guy remained in my arms the entire time that I walked into the lobby to get my flower. Everyone inside knows that it is 108° outside today, certainly not a place for a dog. The young lady upfront, Felt the need to tell me my dog was not welcome there unless he was a service dog. It’s 108° outside, he’s 4 1/2 pounds, I’m in your store for a total of two minutes. I am the only patient in the lobby. Wow! Just wow! I can officially say, I am done with the Pharm. they were an amazing business in the past, not anymore. It’s time to find myself a new dispensary. For the few staff members that still remain from better times, I’ll miss you guys. Peace. Karen B.

Rude-rude-rude. Don’t treat your customers like that. I called ahead for curbside instructions-as a new customer -that guy was rude. I did what he said, and the guy at the door ordered me to my car like I was some kind of a dog. Then the guy who brought it out -finally - also had an attitude- wouldn’t even let me check my order before bolting in a huff without even a “thanks”. why, cause I didn’t tip enough??? I would normally tip much more on $90, but YOU DIDN’T DESERVE IT. I don’t care how good the bud is, I won’t be back, and I will share my experience. First time reviewer, BTW!!!

This place absolutely blows they never have anything that they say they have nobody knows what the hell they're talking about half the staff doesn't even possess a medical card or us or use cannabis themselves every single bit of flower smells the exact same just like hay absolutely no love put into the meds at this location but theyll take your money just the same I will never return !! I am done wasting my time and money at the "pharm"

Placed an online order through leafly. They let know what i ordered was out and offered me an alternate and I agreed if it matched pricing. They said yes and sent me an order ready message for $40 more than what i ordered. Tried to contact to straighten out and nobody would respond. Guess i won't be going here anymore.

So, I went in to get some of their “premium” Kong. I spent roughly $300.00 for an ounce. The buds were gorgeous in color, size, and shape. But on close inspection there’s little frost, and for the $ lacking in much hang-time (stickiness). When you’re spending top dollar, you should get top shelf.

I typically love the pharm, I come here a lot. But super disappointed with how business was going on Saturday March 21st. With the whole virus going around, I understand they’re being as cautious as possible. But if you aren’t allowing patients in the building at all, and also ARENT giving change back for your order, is just straight up bad business. Be closed if you aren’t gonna allow patients in the building, and if you can’t give change back. Lost $6 due to them not giving change back. Kinda ridiculous.

I placed an order online for delivery yesterday at 130pm, received a call to confirm the orded total and address at 230 from them. Was told that "the driver will be calling me when they were close should be about and hour" well after 4 hours of waiting nothing from the driver. I called the dispensary to double check and make sure there were no Issues. I was first hung up on, annoying, then i called back and was told "the drivers just got back we are gonna send em out again in about 15 minutes i have your order right here" after having the phone rep confirm the order and total I was under the impression i would get my order. By 1030 pm i finally gave up and went out to get something to eat, had waited the entire day and at that point didnt have the opportunity to make ot elsewhere. This morning i discover they removed almost 16 grams from my allottment and the explaination was that "there was an issue" when they were trying to cash me out and rather than someone calling to say this, rather than someone telling me of this alleged issue when i called to check my order at 630 and receoved another verified total, they just pushed my order to the side and moved on. THIS IS WILDLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!! I will NEVER spend another penny with you people.

I'm not gonna give you my money and you make into your tip. You don't go to a fast food place get charged $16.25 for the food, you give them $20 and don't expect change back. Foul and unethical!

Been here several times. The quality keeps going down. Last flower I bought was 50 dollar reserve. It was the worst thing I've ever smoked. Parking sucks. This place is a joke.

no one likes to stand out in the high heat of the day to pick up an order and then get the order wrong I have to wait some more time for them to fix it also no change was available you have to come in with exact change and no cash in the ATM machine. No deals on quarter ounces or 1/2 oz of weed.

Was driving through needed a dispensary. Waited an hour for 2 grams. Turns out they only take cash, and no new patient discounts. Waited too long and now all shops stopped taking orders, and i'm late getting to an appointment. Maybe ill try again after they open the lobby.

All the positive reviews are either robo reviews or by the staff or by people who are trying to get a freebie with a review... flower is stale and very dry crunchy dry and the terps are very poor as well, staff is ok if your helped by the right person. most the time very short attitude and down right rude. And to read that they treated a deaf person like they did they should be ashamed in their selves, period! If you have to go here because of finances thats one thing but if you can afford it I highly recommend going to a better dispensary.

Well too stems I got 2 grams of stems out of an 1/8! Bad deal. If they cared at all about their product they wouldn’t give a person 2 gramsof stem fist and last time I go here! I never give a bad review to anyone but this place deserves it . To bad I spend a lot of money on pot! Everyone should look for a better place. This is not the place to go and get your moneys worth!

So far the service has been terrible. I called becuase I had a question and after ten minutes of holding it just went to a voicemail box. After I made my order I got a text that my order was ready so I left to pick it up keep in mind I live 40 minutes away and when I got here the cashier acted like I just showed up and didnt make an order so I showed him my text that it was ready and he then walked around the back (looking like hes putting it together cuz they didn't do it before and the ready text was a lie) after 20 minutes of waiting they finally fixed the error with zero apologies for accusing me of not doing what I said I did and no apology for making me wait even longer then necessary during this pandemic. I will update after I try the quality of the bud to see if this place is even worth the hassle again.

I really do love this dispensary, but after going last night March 21st, 2020 I was left feeling frustrated. I completely understand the virus going around and not allowing people inside. I just wish I would have been told BEFORE arriving that I needed exact change, it would have taken me 5 minutes to get change for a $20 whereas this entire process took an hour and a half due to me having to go get change so i didnt lose money.

I had the best time at this dispensary! I'm new to the medical card business and my helper, Dave, made the experience stress free. He described strains to me and helped pick the best for a broken back! Will be returning soon 😊

There were about 40 people standing in the lobby.. to handle this after checking in they had everyone stand outside in 112 degree weather.. waited 20 mins outside. Wanted to use my first time deal 2 eighths get 2 free. I asked for that and after checking in the car the other 2 eighths weren’t there. I called and asked what they could do and Alex says “their hands are tied”. Crappy first time experience doubt I’ll be back.
