Green Pharms Dispensary Mesa (Med/Rec)

Been here a few times and always say I will not go back, this time, I am done. I had the pleasure of meeting a manager, Patrick, I see why this place sucks. Territory, Tru-Bliss and Sky are close by and better choices. Customer Service does not exist in this establishment.

Seriously disappointed. Was in on Monday, (5 days ago) with my husband and it was okay, didn't need "two budtenders". Went in today, and was checked in and asked if we would be going back together. We said "yes" and I asked "Is that okay?" Girl at the front desk says "yes, not a problem" ... waited nearly a HALF HOUR to be called back, then get told, we can't go together, or we'll have to wait even longer. Apparently in 5 days, their policy has changed, and nowhere is it posted, nor were we told when we ASKED if it was okay. Kevin the manager, had no problem "watching" a group before us as the "second budtender" but, for my husband and I, he couldn't do that. He was "too busy, under staffed," and a handful of other excuses. REALLY poor management skills and apparently scheduling issues is too. REALLY sucks I would have had to wait who knows how much longer, or (what we had to do because waiting on those uncomfortable chairs any longer was not an option, I am a patient for pain issues after all) not knowing what I'm gonna get/having no say. Pretty. Freaking. Crappy. All I gotta say. Now I know why all my friends have stopped going to the Pharm. I didn't understand, but now, I get it.

The visit I had today and last Friday looks very good the last Friday really sucked two and a half hours waiting but today I called in I'm legally and got my stuff real quick weather in 15 minutes

Definitely one of my favorite locations! The staff is knowledge and friendly, great selection of flower, excellent prices.

Seeing less and less greenpharma flower which is unfortunate. Seems this dispensary is also going the brand name pre packaged route all other dispensaries employ. I used to plan for Mondays and Thursdays for their flower. You're doing great stocking what all the other dispensaries have. Now be great and start producing more greenpharma flower. Variety is key, some modern creations are great however it would be nice to see some classics too. For an extra bonus grow something not in the OG or cookies families. When 90% are carrying the same terpenes there is a lack of variety.

How you have to wait for your order to CHECKOUT when you make a online order and go to pick up , other than that flower is good.

I am a huge fan of all Greenpharms locations and the Mesa, Az location does not disappoint. During the times of the pandemic they have made sure their services are ready and available. The staff is extremely helpful if you call and have any questions or are placing an order. I do think their online ordering platform needs some updating, I think it could be a little cleaner and easier to navigate but at this point i am nitpicking. Their product selection is great with reasonable pricing and discounts and their staff is amazing. I highly recommend this location.

My budtender Matthew was amazing! Super personable and knowledgeable. Recommended several items that I tried and loved!! Never had an issue getting my meds at the pharm.

FTP: It was pretty busy on Friday at 400pm. I was waiting for about a hour before I was seen. They handed out a free inexpensive piece of glass to everyone waiting while I was there. That was a nice gesture to say thank you for waiting. I was disappointed they ran out of Gorilla Glue 4. The budtender seems pretty knowledgeable and recommended the Orange Pie as a substitute. I am very pleased with the meds. They did their trick and then some.. A+ on quality and potency. The atmosphere was super friendly, very clean. The FTP offer is amazing I was able to stock up for a fraction of the price. This club will be one I will go to for my flower. the only concern was waiting so long. This was one of the longest waits I've had in a long time.

Could be the best in the valley, if they slowed down their dry cycle. Growers: Leave the plants hanging whole before gradually breaking them down as they dry. Or get them down and into paper bags a day quicker than you are. The stem/stalk regulates the purging. Remove the stem and you've compromised its ability to do so. Let the main stem get cracker dry while its hanging open air and you've already ruined it. This is AZ, not PNW. Dont bother with the mesh racks. Hang the colas whole. Then brown bag and then Herbsafe. A day of darkness and ice water before chop will give you extra dankness to play with also, if your not already doing that. Seriously the meds here actually work, and are not loaded with sugar water or fake terps. Just dried too fast! The buds should be getting better on the shelf, going from 65 to 50 rh, not getting worse. The hay smell has got to go. Use a hygrometer, not an online grow forum! Its a failed crop when it smells like hay instead of the strain you just spent months growing. Essential oils have weight & potency that is evaporating rather than soaking into the bud. So making your product lighter, and weaker, and less appealing at the same time. Drying it right only makes sense.

I was professionally up sold. was rushed through and left feeling cheated and spent more money than I had wanted for product I cant use. I came here because I am In Chemotherapy, unfortunately you must come here with a clear mind so as not to be swindled. sorry for bad review.

Considering the situation that the world is in right now with the coronavirus. This dispensary was very organized and tried to provide excellent service to the customers while protecting the customers and themselves

Tucked away can be busy but service is quick. Been there on vender days which is fun

I placed an online order and there’s a placard stating with an arrow facing left and right (online order express Walk in) I was rudely approached by a client and told I was cutting in line.. I look back they have walk in and express mixed into one line.. what’s the point of the placard? Employees are great don’t get me wrong.

their house wax the green pharmacy and the MTL concentrates are never what they say they are. and all the MTL I've been getting tastes like chemicals spent 45$ on one of their high end mtl concentrates and it tasted so bad I didn't wanna smoke it
