Today was in the drive thru
Order came out tipped 5 bucks
Order was wrong came back through to fix it
Same guy I waited for when I got there sent me inside to fix the order that was not right…
This should have been a swap and it would have taken him 5 minutes
This is not my fault…
I tipped 5 dollars for a wrong order and then an inconvenience of 25 mins extra total
I had a death in the family and needed to get in and out and I was in no line waiting the first time
Do not expect a tip in the future from me
Get my order right
And the manager did nothing to compensate my time…I come here and spend 2k a month easy
Enough is enough too many orders wrong
This place has a variety of great products and awesome employees, like Miranda, who is incredibly helpful and friendly.

I was in on 4/2 while you all were having a curio sale, Tim was very informative and helpful, I actually found a new strain that I wouldn’t have tried without his advice!
My favorite dispensary! Awesome folks that run it, but please for the love of Jesus, start carrying other Curio carts. You used to have the best selection now all you seem to carry is the Good Day, Good Night, and GI soothe.
Although there are closer dispensaries I have been going to Greenwave. Folks there have always been nice and generally someone will answer the phone if I want to make sure they have what I’m looking for before I make the drive. I particularly like their website. They have far more info about their products than other sites and it’s easy to navigate. Most important to me is that they have the percentages of the terpenes. I find that their prices are better.
Greenwave always makes me feel like family. The knowledgeable staff is a welcome relief in this industry and the drive through helps me feel safe in the time of Covid 19. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
My fiancé and I recently moved to the area a few months ago and Greenwave has been our go to dispensary. The staff is always extremely friendly and knowledgeable when it comes to products. They are always quick to answer any questions you may have and make the experience overall very enjoyable. Great atmosphere, would definitely recommend!

WELL ONCE AGAIN DISAPPOINTED IN GREENWAVE?? WHO EVER PUTS THE PRODUCT IN MAKES IT LOOK LIKE A GREAT DEAL BUT THEN YOU CANT CHECK OUT AND WHEN YOU CALL THEY TELL YOU THEY HAVE 2 OF THE ITEMS AND I CAN PICK UP IN 30 mins. ONLY TO GET A PHONE CALL 15 MINS LATER CALLING IT A COMPUTER GLITCH????? WHAT ARE YOU SERIOUS??? I AM MEDICAL PATIENT SOMETHING IS VERY WRONG???
Slowest and most inefficient dispensary/ business that I have ever visited. This is equivalent to the time I visited a restaurant and was forgotten about and only received a water until I decided to leave. But you wouldn’t even get a water at this business. Only irritated customers having to wait almost an hour to get pre ordered items.
So far it’s been a little slice of heaven. Dislike all the paperwork the state of Maryland needs but Greenwave is one of the better places I have been to
