Didn't get my order correct! Picked up my order through the drive through. Although it was ready for pickup, 2 items were wrong. I received 2 bags of golden pineapple gummies but I had ordered 2 bags of strawberry gummies.
I love the store and the people, however I am tired of buying butters and badder that are almost liquid and messy to deal with and there's no way of knowing if it will be pepper consistency as they are all labeled the same no matter what. You can not see the product first so you end up wasting money. Didn't use to be this way, butters were always more solid but now it's up the air what you'll get.
Staff is super nice and helpful. Lines are normally a little long and there isn’t a lot of room in the waiting area or a lot of parking spaces. But usually still only wait about 20 minutes. Wish there was window just for online pick ups to save time.
Great shop, parking lot/drive thru is a bit tight. The bud tenders are very knowledgeable and helpful. I have been here several times, and not once was there any kind of issue. It's a fairly easy process, I would and have recommended Greenwave to others.
The only issue I have is I order online, go pick it up and then I get a text an email at 8pm saying my order was cancelled? I would hope it’s not to avoid the points I did receive on 1 order but I have had this order cancelled issue 3x now and no points either. Could just be a coincidence but I would highly recommend GreenWave. Very friendly staff and very large supply of whatever you could possibly want all in 1 spot. Be seeing you again soon!
Staff is wonderful, outside of 1 or 2 that seem like they don't want to be there (I am sure we all know who). Many negatives about this place though, the prices are high, the sales are for the most part not great and limited to a certain strain or type of product. It's a complete nightmare to get in and out of at times, the building is small, wait times are frequently long. This is the closest dispensary to me but I have increasingly been going to one a little further away, despite the longer drive the sales and prices are so much better it makes up for it. Not going to name names, you can figure it out. It's much more convenient to get in and out of and I've never spent more than 5 minutes inside that store. Good luck getting to the back within 5 minutes here. This review really makes it seem like I hate this place but I really don't, it gets the job done when I don't feel like driving further. Not a spot to avoid but definitely not a place to go out of your way to shop at.
tip: it's near impossible to get out of the parking spaces in the actual Greenwave lot if there is any sort of line at the drive-thru, parking across the street can save you some headache

I have been buying products from Greenwave for months now. Whether by phone or in person everyone has been very helpful and very knowledgeable. I am also very happy with product quality.
I always have a good experience at Greenwave. All of the employees that I have encountered are polite and helpful. The points system is awesome and the prices are impossible to beat.
