GrowHealthy - West Palm Beach

I went to assist a family member (and was super excited on the inside) who just received their card and was nervous about going at it the first time alone. I can tell you right now, from the second you open that door, you feel at peace. The friendly faces, the beautiful atmosphere, and the genuine care you feel is what you would expect at a top notch spa. After a few forms and formalities we we greeted by Carlos, the General Manager (more on him later) who welcomed us and showed us around the shop (it's hard calling it a shop..more like a boutique). The amount of Cannabis knowledge that he dropped on us was amazing. I have "dabbled in the arts" so to say for 30 years, and I have NEVER spoken with someone as knowledgeable, empathetic, and funny as Carlos was on the subject. As legalization rolls on, and laws loosen, I hope that this is a model of things to come, but it doesn't matter to me, because Grow Healthy has a customer for life in my family.

Growhealthy exceeds what you would expect to get from a dispensary. To start the atmosphere is top notch with interactive touch screens to find strains while you are waiting to be helped. The west palm beach location is always a pleasure to go in not only because the building is awesome but the people working there. Each time I have visited they have been more than helpful and considerate of my condition when recommending me different treatment methods. Thank you Michael and Jorge for your expertise you have helped make my life better.

I've placed my order online yesterday, received an email confirmation that my order is ready. When i arrived ( after waiting 20 mins to be waited on ) then they tell my they are out of stock of what I ordered and show no signs of my order. I drive 25 miles to get my prescription and wasted gas. Id missed out on getting my medication at other locations. But since this store had the highest THC I chose to purchase their product. In addition, I receive a text message how was my experience ? LOL WHAT A JOKE!! NEVER AGAIN !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No concern for their patients..... I would give this place ZERO STARS IF I COULD !

Helpful staff. Quality products.

Placed an order online. Got a text message that the order was ready to be picked up. Drove 45 minutes to do that. Got there and were told that since the card was expired they sold the order. Would have been a very kind if they would have made a courtesy call and save us the time and gas and driving all the way to the dispensary for nothing. Further, the staff was more interested in talking amongst themselves Then helping the customers waiting.

Extremely rude and unprofessional. I got less than half of what I paid for by weight multiple times and when I tried to complain about this they accused me of “hostility” and tried to make sign a form stating they did nothing wrong when multiple times they outright scammed me. Will not be returning.

I've been here a few times now and want to point out that the products are top-notch, and the customer service is some the best. JD, Jorge, Kendall, and Nicholes have always been fantastic at helping me decide which products best suit my needs. The front desk staff is always friendly and courteous. I wish I could recall everyone's name that I have spoken to there. I'm glad Alien Bubba Berry is still on the menu! I ​cannot wait until you all release flower and other concentrates.

Stopped by to check out their new location off Okeechobee and Military in West Palm Beach. Was greeted by Hailey and given a tour of the entire place. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. My cashier was David who recommended some amazing products. My favorites so far are the Mango and Birds of Paradise. The entire store was very friendly and one of the nicest looking dispensaries I've ever seen. They informed me of new products being released soon along with an entire line of CBD products for pets. This is the only place I will shop from now on and I cannot wait to go back and try all their new products.

Lake Worth location. Placed an order for pickup. Took less than 20 minutes for the ready-for-pickup text. Spent a total of 10 minutes in the store. Could not be easier. The fact that the flower is also great confirms that Grow Healthy is my new place. I should've gone here way sooner instead of continually waiting for the service to improve at the dispensary everyone uses.
