Save yourself the headache and go literally anywhere else. This delivery service cancelled my order multiple times, even when I scheduled in advance. Not once, not twice, multiple times. No accountability, no compensation, nothing. When I left an honest review reflecting my experience, they banned my account. And when I called and asked why, instead of being upfront, they fabricated a story about me returning empty cartridges. Something that’s never happened. Not once. So to recap, they can’t fulfill orders reliably, they retaliate against customers who speak honestly about it, and when confronted, they lie to cover themselves. That’s not a business with integrity, that’s a business that can’t handle accountability. There are too many good dispensaries out there to waste your time and money on one that punishes you for having standards. Take your business elsewhere.

So, don’t buy the “Raw Garden” gram cartridges for $30. Not actually Live Resin, they haven’t changed their image, so you get totally fooled. I’m glad I looked in my bag before my driver left. He clarified that Weedmaps/Leafly hasn’t changed the image and other people have been fooled because of this. At least I got the money back for the two NOT live resin grams and they took them back. Hopefully, the one gram that IS live resin from URSA is good. Will find out soon after this stress.

Fast and friendly service

I ordered online and they did not give me what I ordered at the prices that were advertised online. Couldn’t get through to them on the phone and couldn’t get a response from them online.

My experience was excellent. Kind and friendly service, prompt delivery, great communication. Best of all, legit merchandise! This is also the only place that had Lamb's Bread on delivery, so it was a real treat; I'm grateful and feeling focused.
